The room was clean and nice at a good price We enjoyed the Old Town Bakery for breakfast

Our stay was for six days and the pool filter never ran. My wife and I have been around pools most of our adult life and that doesn't seem good - I was not comfortable getting into pool water that was not being filtered.

Pretty good location. Clean and in excellent shape. Very nice shower for this tier of hotel.

Difficult to find parking, but that is typical for Key West.

The service was great. Everyone staffing the front desk and grounds was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We were able to get in our room hours before check-in time and our baggage was carried up to our 2nd floor room that had a porch overlooking the street. The property, including pool area, was well-maintained and comfortable, providing ice and filtered water. The king size bed was very comfortable. Breakfast from the Old Town Bakery hit the spot. Great location within walking distance to everything...or a short uber ride if you're too hot or tired.

While the room was very clean and well appointed, the shower floor tile could use some work. A coffeemaker would be nice, but coffee was available in the lobby. The room was small but as expected in a historic inn in Key West at our price range.

The food in the office was very helpful. Sometimes I forget to eat in the evenings. I wake up tierd, hungry and often shake a bit. The food was perfect, getting me to a place with a proper meal. This was a great comfort to me. Small things make great blessings. The way the food was presented is quaint. With a sweet hometown feel, a....we love and appreciate you, kind of vibe. I loved it there. Everything was perfect. Thank you!!!

From the minute I walked in the receptionist was so friendly, nice, quick and very helpful for our first visit. She walked us to our room and made sure they worked before she walked away. She gave us a map and circled things that she likes best that we could try. The room was well updated, the beds were way more comfortable than other places we have stayed. We could pretty much walk anywhere within 10-20 min allowing us to not have to fret all the parking hassles!

The beds were super comfy and the pool was a nice respite. Our trip was made the most special by the reception host, Sky, who went above and beyond. I have traveled all over the world and Sky was an immaculate host who treated us so well. She was the main reason we think Fitch Lodge was exceptional.

Street noise, but that’s to be expected. HVAC is very loud when it comes on, but I also think that is to be expected in an older property. The kitchen was not well equipped and that’s an easy fix. Some of us like to cook on vacation.

The breakfast voucher was great for a little shop very close to our room. The food was exceptional. The young man at the front desk during the day and the lady at night were exceptional. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and eager to assist. They are an asset to your team.

It could’ve been a little cleaner. Very musty smell in the room. There was a water leak running across the threshold of the bathroom. I think it was coming from the fridge. The young man at the desk said he would notify maintenance. I hope it got fixed so no one falls.

Had an issue with the first room for our stay -- leaky toilet, sink that barely drained. I made the staff aware and they not only switched us to a different room, they upgraded us to a suite. I did not expect the upgrade but was very appreciative. Good breakfast with breakfast sandwiches each day, fruit, pastries, coffees/teas, juice.

Staff was very helpful. I also liked the "Grab and go" breakfast.

Not all rooms have a place to sit outside (balcony or porch) and windows don't open. There is a "resort fee". I don't know if it was the hotel or Bookings.com decided to price it this way. Also, it came as two charges to the credit card bill.

Beautiful hotel of lodges grouped together on a lovely area of Key West close to the main tourist attractions. We walked everywhere from Kimpton and used the free Duval Loop bus which is just outside near the Strunks hardware store. Free to all and it takes you around Kew west for free just jump on and off. The hotel room was lovely and clean and the beds were comfy. We really felt submerged in Key West from the moment we arrived.
