I travel the world for a living as a nationally syndicated journalist and radio announcer. I've seen the best and worst in hotels. This is one of the best hotels I've ever enjoyed. I first look at value and this hotel exceeds in that category. The location was excellent, the room, perfectly heated pool and facilities were second to none. The breakfast was a huge treat with plenty of options especially the wonderful happy lady at the omlette bar. The front desk staff were always happy, professional and couldn't wait to do enough for you. The house cleaning staff were super friendly and very efficient. Overall, I give this hotel a 10 out of 10. Congrats to the owners for giving us a wonderful experience. Glenn Crouter

Excellent front desk staff (Emma? and Sumara?) Bike rental was very convenient.

Resort fee is unconscionable. We didn't swim or even use a table near the pool.

Free breakfast was wonderful. The omelet hut put it over the top for the competition. The pool was lovely. There were plenty of chairs. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Free parking was a huge bonus. However, the parking spaces were quite tight. We loved the small size (about 50 rooms).

Prices throughout Key West are quite high. This was no exception. Rating the area against other options (all inclusive resorts, etc), I would have to say it is not a good value.

Within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do; Salt water pool with plenty of seating Breakfast each morning. Not a lot of choices but had an omelet station. All sufficient for our needs Comfortable bed and spacious room. Also enjoyed the outdoor balcony area. Sink area was a little tight, but liked that it was separate from the tub and toilet Security seemed good

No restaurant or bar, but we knew that before booking. Not so much a dislike, but pool area signs state no food or drinks. As mentioned, hotel doesn't have a restaurant or bar, so it would've be nice to enjoy some snacks and drinks by the pool after a long day touring the island. I'm not sure how much they monitor this, so maybe we could've brought something in, but we do our best to follow the rules.

The location is right in old town which is great. We were able to rent bikes right at the location and take those around. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful.

The air conditioner in our room made a loud noise that sounded like someone was vacuuming, we were able to turn the air down the second day, but then it was a little too warm while sleeping. The computer crashed while they were checking me in and think they forgot to apply my booking.com rate/discount and I ended up paying a little more than I had originally booked the room for.

Very friendly staff, very clean, most all of the local attractions were within walking distance. Our room was extremely nice. The breakfast provided by this hotel had an awesome variety and assortment of items prepared for you. They even offered made to order omelets. Their parking was free, private, and very convenient. The pool was crystal clear with a nice tropical landscape.

Pricing for hotels in this area was ridiculously high, but this hotel seemed to be a bit cheaper, which is why we chose it. We were on a pretty strict butget and honestly did not expect it to be as nice as it was. So I highly recommend it. You will definitely turn your frown upside down!😃

The property is walking distance to everything and there is bike rental onsite. The place also has a large free parking area. The included free breakfast is very good with custom omelets made to order out by the pool. The pool area is also very nice. The staff is extremely pleasant and efficient.

I personally do not like the wall a/c because it blows cold air right at the bed. I also feel that the price is too high for this place because it is not new. The elevators screech when opening and closing and there was a slight damp smell. This is not a big deal but I think that does effect the value.

Silver Palms Inn was perfectly located and within easy walking and biking distance to all of the major tourist areas. Ubering is very cost convenient if walking/biking is an issue. The place is spotless and well maintained. The front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful (especially Simona). The poolside breakfast omelet station is a definite plus. We would definitely stay there again!

A small refrigerator and microwave in the room would have been a nice addition. Possibly more breakfast options in the dining area as well.

I can honestly say that the Silver Palms has the nicest hotel staff. Everyone I interacted with were so friendly, especially Emma and Peter at the front desk. The rooms were overall good, of course there’s always updates that could have been done, but nothing that made a difference in our stay whatsoever. The hotel is in an excellent location - we walked everywhere, but we also like to walk. Everything we wanted to do was a mile or less away. I read reviews saying if you book a hotel room overlooking the main road it could be loud at night, but the rooms overlooking the pool were nice and quiet in the evening. If I ever come back to Key West, I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent! This was our 2nd time at this location and we’ll be back! Clean! Convenient! Comfortable! Great continental breakfast! Great location! Great vibe! Superb staff! Quick to act! Fast to help! Super knowledgeable and helpful! Sury & Peter at the front desk were amazing! All the staff amazing! Sury was extra helpful and knowledgeable and so great to speak with and super kind! A-ONE Experience all around!!!
