The structure is amazing, all the details even the smallest are cured. The room was a little bit tiny but super clean and comfortable. The Guesthouse offers also very good breakfast and personal is very kind and polite. Will come back for sure! Recommended! 10/10

Perfectly located , picture perfect this is such a beautiful place to stay From the minute we arrived it took my breath away . We ha d a super friendly and helpful welcome. Check in took seconds and lots of helpful advice about things to see . We also hired bikes for only $30 for 2 bikes do our whole stay. Room was fabulous, spotlessly clean, well decorated and comfortable. The property is really cute with a gorgeous courtyard and porch. Breakfast was great- lots to choose from and served in the courtyard. Our room had its own small terrace area too

Breakfast was outstanding. Home baked goods, cereal, bagels, juices, yogurt, cheese, fruit, granola bars, coffee, tea, etc. very healthy selections. We loved sitting outside on patio and eating.

I can’t name one thing.

Coffee!!! Breakfast was simple but very good and convenient. Bikes!! We rented bikes for the entirety of our stay and it was totally worth it. We parked our car in front and biked everywhere! Our room was so comfortable and roomy. We had leftovers for lunch one day using our little kitchen so saved some money that way. It was in a great location that was quiet and close enough to bike around for sightseeing, activities and go out for dinners and music and not feel afraid riding back to the Grand Guesthouse in the dark .... except one night when we went by the cemetery :O. We loved Jeanine!

People upstairs from us walked loudly but it was only for a short time so we can't complain about that. Most everyone staying there were very considerate.

Room was clean and good

Bathroom door didn’t have a lock. Even if it says that they have parking sometimes it will be full and there is no nearby parking spots available. I agree that office timing is till 5pm~6pm however there was no contacts provided in case of emergency. I came to the property at 8pm and there was no parking. I called all the phone number provided in the website and there was no response. I had to wait for an hour for someone to remove a car from the spot to park my vehicle.

Staff were very accommodating and quick to respond to questions Clean room and comfortable bed. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella available for loan Good variety for breakfast and some gluten free, dairy free options as well , coffee, tea available all day good sized fridge in the room bicycles on property for rent free parking

Room was small and a bit cramped Location and size of the TV ( mounted high on the wall just below the ceiling) made it awkward and difficult to see the screen. Construction noise from the home next door early in the morning and during the day

The location is great. It’s about 15 minutes walk into Duval street. It’s in a lovely residential area and is quiet during the night. The room was great and had a kitchenette, which we hardly used as the free coffee and tea making facilities were right outside our door (room 6). Higgs beach was only 10 minutes walk after turning right from the front of the property. It was nice to have free parking right outside the property. Although there are only 6 spaces here with others a bit further up the street. Breakfast was laid on at 8.30am with lovely bagels and fresh coffee from the bean to cup machine. A water dispenser is also provided with filtered chilled water to take for the days exploring.

Unfortunately the next door property is being renovated which was noisy from about 9am each morning. It’s only temporary but did somewhat spoil a nice quiet breakfast.

The property is very cute and immaculately clean. There were bikes you could rent for the day on the property which were fabulous for getting around key west. The property is a little bit off the beaten path (about four or five blocks from Duval) but it nice and quiet at night which was a big plus. The fridge was the perfect size for our short stay. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the small sitting area in front of our room on the porch in the morning.

Breakfast was under whelming, but it got the job done

Location: Walking distance to beach, shopping, restaurants and famous tourist sites. Breakfast: Adequate Continental breakfast of cereal, yogurt, fresh pastries and fruits. Coffee and tea always available. Outdoor: Cozy seating areas in Zen-like garden.

Nothing.

We particularly enjoyed the gardens with lots of seating, a great coffee machine, and beautiful landscaping. The room was spotlessly clean.

It was further to walk to the downtown area than we expected. We ended up calling for transportation several times.
