We stayed during hurricane Debby, the resort lost power for two days, but they kept slinging drinks, walking people to their rooms, then comp’ed half our food and bev tab for the entire stay! Staff remembered our names and drink orders. Pool attendants set up pool chairs with covers, extra towels, and cold waters. The coffee cafe woman (French accent) was so incredibly kind and got our mornings started off positive and strong (caffeine ;) ) Erick and Patrick at the desk, 10/10. Great job guys!

The menu everyday stayed the same. A rotating menu would have allowed us to stay and eat (and drink) at the property every day I stead of having to go out or Uber eat.

Just finished my stay at Casa Marina Key West, and I can't say enough good things!!! The staff was amazing from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff, beach attendants, and concierge. The hotel staff stayed in touch to make sure our needs were met. Extremely friendly and excellent service everywhere. Our suite was spacious and clean, with all amenities plus most comfortable bed and linens. The beach and beach service were incredible

There wasn't anything I didn't like period

It was even more amazing in person than the photos on line. Staff was amazing, food was amazing. This place was perfect and we would definitely go back again! The deal we got on booking.com was incredible. I can not say enough good things about the resort, food, location and the deals from booking.com. I would give it 100% and 5 stars!!! Absolutely amazing experience!

There was nothing about this hotel and experience we didn’t like. We LOVED IT!

All of the staff in every area were very nice and helpful. This was our first time in Key West and knew nothing about it, but everyone there helped us have a great time to celebrate our Anniversary! It was Beautiful and pretty laid back and helped us to relax and enjoy while at the resort!

The restaurants were nice and the food was good but we would have liked a little more variety. But what we had was very good !

The pool and the staff working at the pool were extremely helpful and kind.

We booked an ocean view room and were given the back side of the building with the smallest possible view of the ocean, despite the fact that we checked in on a Wednesday and the hotel had plenty of ocean view rooms available. We feel as though this was done intentionally due to the fact that we purchased our room through booking.com

The pool was good, the location on the ocean was good, the staff was pretty helpful.

It was in pretty bad shape, I know they are doing renovations but there was mold all over the resort. Our shower had almost zero water pressure and the drain was clogged. The metal hanger in the shower fell off without me even touching it! The toilet also had almost no flushing power. There was spots and blotches in the ceiling where moisture was warping the paint. The elevators were out of service. The beach was covered with seaweed and rocks. The jetskis were very loud and also cut off access to the beach.

We really enjoyed sitting on the beach, taking in the scenery, having drinks and lunch. The whole experience was Fantastic! Getting Uber's was very easy as well when we went out to enjoy the town.

Our room smelled at first. Trash was in the hall that someone had left outside there room in the evening and was not picked up until the morning. Need more service staff for the beach, our poor girl was running around and had very little help with taking orders.

The only issue was the room service serving hours and the fact you cannot order room service without a US phone number, this is very short sighted when you have international travellers staying with you, this was a real disappointment but thankfully Tim at reception was a saviour and couldn’t have been more helpful for us

The side of the island where Casa Marina is located is beautiful and quiet, but the resort is also accessible any desirable island sites. We like being separated from the “cruise ship” feel. The wide sand beach is beautiful and there is room to breathe here. We either walked or biked everywhere. Highly recommend.

The room I reserved stated "Room with View" which it was located at the level of the air conditioner and had no view at all except for the A?C machines. Very disappointed regarding the view. Stairs in the main building has carpet and it was never vacuum during the 3 days we stayed there. Besides that staff is very attentive. The outdoor bar has an incredible view!
