I loved the location - so easy to walk everywhere and the swimming pools were awesome! Great to cool off after all of that walking! Fantastic cheese and wine happy hour and lovely friendly staff.

The breakfast was okay but could've been better. Some fresh fruit would've been nice (even just a banana) as the fruits served were tinned. I was appalled at the amount of waste at breakfast. Why not use actual cutlery, plates, cups, etc rather than single use plastic? It's an awesome hotel but I hate that so much waste would've gone into landfill. This needs to be improved upon.

Room very quiet. Water pressure in shower great. Pool/hot tub nice. Staff courteous and helpful w local information. Great location. Good wine and cheese happy hour. Free daily bottled water was much appreciated. Adults only environment great.

Window air conditioner lacking. Breakfast was lacking. Waffles/breads/bagels/toast/yogurt was OK but breakfast lacked protein. Staff not always present at the front desk and long wait for service.

Great relaxed vibe iguanas by the pool excellent staff especially kia she went above and beyond I will be back!

I dislike booking.com they state they have a price match guarantee but they don't stand by it this room was $50 cheaper per night the day we went to check in. Book with the inn itself

The location was convenient to Duval Street - and just a 5 minute walk to the Southernmost Point. The happy hour consisted of wine, cheese and crackers and beer was available for purchase. Breakfast was available between 8am and 10 am and included a wide variety of options. Our room was clean and had a small kitchenette, so for those who may be staying a little longer, a request for this room may be a good option. (Our room was right on United, so we experienced some of the street noise. That room may not work for light sleepers.) Our check-in experience was amazing, thanks to Maria! She greeted us with a smile and great hospitality.

Room darkening shades or blinds might be nice since the main windows are right on United Street.

We really liked the place and considering a stay in 2026. Nice pool, no kids, everything works.

We did *NOT* want this room for this night. It was a mistake in booking where I chose the wrong night. We did *NOT* stay here this night. Was supposed to be a Wednesday check-in and I made a separate reservation and we did stay Wednesday night. We informed hotel staff and booking.com immediately but no response to change an obvious mistake. I am trying to recover our $$$ from the Thursday night stay right now but I am not getting responses from anyone. If the property would like to refund all/most of the $ for this mistake then that would be awesome

I LOVED the location and that it was a small place(only 38 rooms) not a huge resort atmosphere. NO KIDS only adults which made it very pleasant for all. The Happy Hour was an added bonus! Red & white wine with cheese, crackers and nuts!❤️ The morning breakfast was a FULL continental breakfast. Plenty of varieties of breakfast foods! Bagels & pastries and even a waffle maker! So yummy!!! The staff was very helpful, whenever I needed anything they were more than happy to help out.

Our room was perfect. Small but a closet for storage and a "bonus space" with the mini fridge and desk two chairs. Pools were very pretty and well maintained. Pool that was supposed to be heated was not as heated as we would have liked but enjoyable nonetheless. Perfect location. We walked everywhere. Everything is very clean and well maintained. We did not have the breakfast or the happy hour so I cannot comment on that. We will DEFINITELY stay again for the price. If youre looking for the Ritz dont come to Key West at all lol. These buildings are old. It's part of the charm!!!!

Clean, centrally located. We took the flixbus over from Miami, so we didn't hse the parking facilities. I would recommend doing the same thing because parking is limited generally in Key West. We were able to check in early which was a blessing as we had suitcases rolling around. The staff were verty accomodating. They have two pools moderately sized and the place is so intimate, you could have a nice little nook with your partner.

There wasn't much to dislike. However, at breakfast the eggs were iced; it is not my preference but that was the only minor dislike.

This place was very conveniently located walking distance to the beach and the far enough at the end of Duval street to be away from the noise. We are not high maintenance people by any means so we maily used the hotel as a hub to sleep and shower as we were in and out all day and night but we were really glad we booked an adults only place because we ourselves do not have children and prefer an atmosphere without them. It was also a great value. All accommodations are expensive in Key West so we deliberately chose a hotel with some kind of breakfast to help offset cost. Again this hotel was great for us and would stay here in the future.

Its summertime so it is very hot. You could tell the widow unit in our room was struggling to keep up with the heat mid day but we were never uncomfortable at any point.
