Love the renovations!! We attempted to stay there four years ago but left after seeing the room, the staff wasn't that friendly and the lobby was OK so we left. We didn't realize it was the same hotel until we pulled up! Thankfully it looked like a different hotel and our stay was lovely. The room decor was so cute and we had a great view of the pool. Loved the shuttle into town. Very family friendly!!

Serve drinks at the pool, seemed a little understaffed at breakfast. You have to get used to the roosters! I have an extra charge on my CC, I have tried calling billing three times in one day and no one answered. Trying again today.

Beautiful updates rooms. Such Florida chic decor. The staff was amazing at front desk! This hotel had everything including Starbucks, gym, food options, pool options and bars options!they had many family activities which made the best vacation ever! What a special place with chickens, iguanas, and butterflies! Ping pong, chess, jenga, music, and much more! What a spot! The only part was the last 30 min of our amazing vacation a security person texted my phone saying they were calling the cops. It was a miscommunication but made a very special time a bit tainted.

Last 30 min of my vacation with family I was texted by security they were calling the cops. Pictures were sent to my personal cell phone about a license plate but it was a mix up and was such a stressful way to end a beautiful vacation.

Our check-in was easy and staff was super nice and friendly. Nice room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and great service.

The walls between rooms are very thin. We woke up one morning to the sound of the neighbor vomiting. I was surprised to be able to hear that through the walls. Also, when we checked in, we were early and our room wasn't ready. That was fine. The clerk, who was super nice, said an ocean view room was ready and he could move us to that. We originally had a garden view, so we looked at that as an upgrade. However, ocean view also means traffic view and traffic sounds.

This hotel is located a bit outside the heart of Key West, but it more than makes up for it with the great range of services and amenities it offers.

Breakfast by the pool was a real highlight—delicious and relaxing to start the day in such a nice setting. There were also plenty of fun activities available, including ping pong, mini golf, and foosball, which added a playful touch to the stay. The free shuttle bus to the island’s center was super convenient and made getting around easy. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—exactly what we needed.

Outstanding excellent customer service! The breakfast which was included in my reservation was a restaurant style meal. Not just an ordinary continental meal. It was fresh prepared the way you wanted to modify what was listed on the menu! It was very good and got my day off to a wonderful start!

Housekeeping isn’t performed daily. No signs were in the room to notify customers how to have housekeeping performed. At checkin, I wasn’t informed of anything about housekeeping. I had to call front desk one day for clean towels and to have my trash emptied during my six day stay. I had to call again for for toilet paper! I talked to the front desk when the hotel operator said I needed to call. The front desk said I didn’t need to order it! So, I made a recommendation to the manager to have employees inform guests at check in which would greatly cut down on confusion!

We did not have breakfast but the lunch was fantastic and very friendly staff. We ate out at the pool and it was very convenient and the food was very tasty. Would eat there everyday at my next stay!

It would have been nice to have been able to check in a little earlier then 4:00. Earlier check in time would be nice. We were offered a early check in for a extra fee however every hour I checked in from 12:00 noon and asked for early check in and I was willing to pay extra but they didn't have any rooms ready.

Rooms were extremely comfortable, and amenities provided were well beyond what I expected. Loved that there were complimentary drinks offered when booking the bus drop-off service.

There was an extremely long wait time when checking in and checking out. Maybe consider opening more counters for guests to ask simple queries instead of waiting in the long lines just to check-out or ask quick questions. Also felt, the charges for parking were overpriced considering the location of the hotel was not by any means close to the Old Town, Key West area.

Liked the hotel, heated pool was great and use of other 4 pools from connected hotels. Lovely chairs, free towels and nice loungers. Lovley lobby, and a tour guide. Bikes for hire outside, lovely view from roadside. Chickens and roosters running about. Staff were nice and we good a good deal. Free disability parking. Starbucks onsite. Beautiful view from the front over the sea. Back of the hotel is over looking the pool and lovely gardens.

No Air con in the elevator, rooms are all accessed from outside. Used the stairs. Sometime the main road is hard to get onto when heading down town. Roof in the room needed a little paint: The shuttle bus is $5 per person. We thought free. Breakfast is a set menu.

This was my first stay at this facility. It was very nice and quiet. Restaurants and downtown area was minutes away. Check in was very swift and the room was ready to check-in upon arrival. The front desk personnel did not have a king room that I booked for so I was accommodated with double queen room with ocean view. I will strongly recommend for others to stay.

The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night.

The hotel has 3 other properties which the pools and bars available to use. Shuttled to Duvual street and the pier if u want more extensive dining. Check in was fast, pleasant. Beautiful views, location. Housekeeping was a little slow but made sure you were taken care of. The conceire wasa great help as well.

Needs to be updated with more USB outlets for charging phones etc.
