This condo was perfect for our family of four. It was comfortable with plenty of room. The kitchen and dining allowed us to make many meals. The grills were close as well. When we just wanted something quick, the Tiki bar was really good as well. The pool was in the center and kept our kids busy when we were at the resort. The beach area was really nice as well. There were plenty of loungers as well. We will stay here again!

What an amazing property! We had a 2 bedroom unit which was gorgeous. So updated and the staff on site was lovely. The screen porch attached to the unit was perfect to sit outside. The property is maintained meticulously. Go see suzie Q at the Tiki Bar. Great drinks and food. The underground parking is perfect for cooling the car too. Would return in a heartbeat.

Everything was beautiful and perfect for our stay. The property is well-kept, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We went to celebrate my birthday, and they kindly offered me a late checkout for free, which made the experience even more special.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Unfortunately we weren't there long enough to see the whole facilities further than the room, but from what we did see everything looked lovely. The room was fab for our party of 5, enough space etc, very clean and ideal for what we needed.

was the first time ive ever been asked to strip our own beds wash our own dished and remove our own trash in a hotel which seemed a bit bizarre.

We were 2 couples from NJ on our first "friend's trip" together. This place was amazing! The room that the 4 of us had to move around was more than enough! Our friends stayed in the master bedroom with a master bath. We stayed in the 2nd bedroom but the bathroom was only a short hallway walk. Plenty of space between our room and theirs as the rooms were seperated by an ample sized kitchen and living room. We did not use the grounds because we had other plans but we did discover that there was an outside bar and beach for water play within walking distance from the pool. It was awesome to be able to cook a dinner for the 4 of us and then enjoy our wine out on the patio. We used the huge pool and stayed in it talking until past midnight. The place was pristine, ample kitchen supplies. We used the over/under washer and dryer also. We called the desk for more towels and they were delivered in less than 30 minutes. Excellent service. The location is about 15 minutes by scooter to Duval Street. Every kind of store that you could need is within 10-15 minutes from the property. We will 100% stay here again.

A very nice hotel, spacious apartments facing the ocean. Full kitchen, large balcony. Heated pool and Jacuzzi on property. Very helpful staff, special thanks to Olga at the reception. I liked large bucket for cocktails at the beach bar :) Overall it was a nice stay.

No restaurant/food on premises. Beach area is really small and dangerously close to piers with power boats DVDs available at the reception for movies? Common, install smart TVs please already

Pool was great!! Loved the hot tub. The room with the screened in porch was the best! Comfortable bed. We saw a manatee swimming by the dock!! Loved Susie at the Tiki Bar. Everything was clean and the room had everything we needed. If not all we needed to do was ask and the staff was right there with it. ❤️

Would have liked more food options on site. However door dash was on point!

Had to use a room card to go to the bathroom at the pool. No access to apps for streaming on tv.

Exceptionally clean and well maintained, everything in decent order, especially the bathrooms, better than some of the 5 star hotels I have stayed. The balcony is also great, very spacious, with canvas all around, a really nice place to hang out.

The pool is the shallow type (4 ft at the deepest?) and mostly suitable for kids playing. An adult pool would be nice.

Location to staff cleanliness and everything was good with the property

Only one bathroom shared bathroom on the entire property other than your rooms was not pleasant to have to walk so far every time you need to from the pool or beach
