Like most people we were looking for a good deal to visit Key West and this fitted the bill. You could in theory walk or bicycle in to the old town if you were fit but we just took the car and actually parked for free as was hotel parking. Good sized pool with tiki bar and free towels. Actually has a beach but I don’t know about swimming in it. Nice Starbucks where it’s worth paying extra for the breakfast. Good range of supermarkets and fast food within walking distance. Our room was actually on the road side but the balcony overlooked the pool so no problem with noise.

The room was spacious and clean. We liked that there was a ceiling fan in the room. The beds were very comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking the "garden" that was lovely.

I tried a few times before the cancellation deadline to change the date of checkout to a day earlier as we had an early flight out of Miami and wanted to spend the night in Miami to be closer to the airport. I never received a response, yet the Manager and Asst. Manager sent generic messages to me through the same portal but never responded to my request. When I checked in and talked with the front desk agent about it she told me there was nothing that could be done about my request. We also didn't like that the property was off of a main thoroughfare.

The location was perfect and very convenient. The room was fresh, spotless, and felt brand new, with an excellent bathroom and a perfect shower. Despite being next to the street, the rooms were very quiet. The pool was comfortably warm; although the hot tub was under maintenance, it wasn’t an issue. Service was outstanding – special thanks to LaToya and Mary Ann, as well as Stephanie and cook Jean at the breakfast desk. Breakfast was included, with enough choices and delicious food. This hotel truly deserves 5 stars!

The staff was wonderful. Mary Ann at the front desk reception was amazing. We interacted with her a few times, and she was always helpful and extremely nice. We also had conversations with the other front desk personnel, and all were very helpful and nice. The staff in the Breakfast Bistro were also helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was amazing..we were surprised when we entered our room. There was a complimentary bottle of champagne, and they decorated our room for our anniversary. We had a very pleasant stay. I love the decor. The hotel is very clean. The staff was exceptional. I loved our room. We had the first floor garden view. I love the greenery very lush. Paradise feeling it was awesome. The tiki bar and pool were great. The location was really good. It was only a mile and a half away from downtown, which was awesome. I love the fact that they had the EV chargers there which I didn’t know I have an electric car so meet me next time I’ll use it.

The beach was a little disappointing. It looked a little dingy although it wasn’t, it’s just that it wasn’t very appealing. Apparently they’re having problems with their audio so there was no music in the pool area and the tiki bar that was kind of a bummer. Also the fact that the tiki bar closes at seven I think it’s a little early but that’s just my opinion. Sometimes you don’t feel like going out and it would be nice to just be able to hang around have a couple of drinks and not have to rush the experience.

Overall, the Facility as clean and neat. It is a bit dated but not at all run down. The room and the facility had a late 90's vibe but well maintained. The Staff was really outstanding and truly impressed us with their Professionalism and willingness to engage and be helpful

Bathroom and Furniture needs an update - though everything was well kept, clean and maintained. Stall Shower instead of a Tub would have been nice.

The staff was friendly and the room was neat and clean. The room was facing the courtyard with a balcony that overlooks the pool surrounded with lush tropical garden. The location was convenient. There is a grocery store right across the street. It's easily accessible to all part of Key West if you have a car. There is a boardwalk behind the hotel with the bay view. There is parking at the property.

Even though it's waterfront, you won't be able to get into that water. It's bay and is filled with algae and starfish.

The pool has a large 'television' that had futbol/soccer playing. I was one of the only people at the pool; it was peaceful. The staff also offered me two drink vouchers to use at the bar. I had my sister come over and join me for a beverage (since I generally don't drink much; drinks were delicious).

Our room was close to the pool area, and there was a beautiful walking path to the breakfast porch. The coffee was always ready, and we appreciated both indoor and outdoor seating for breakfast.

When we arrived, the room was clean and cool, and the staff quickly gave us additional bottles of water. The back window led to a lush green pathway to the pool area.

Very nice location with self-parking. Our second-floor room had a balcony overlooking the pool. 10 minute drive to most downtown activities. Shopping center with fast food across the street. Front-desk staff and housekeeping were friendly and accommodating. Pool towels are available for checkout. On-site Tikibar has a decent local draft selection and excellent (read strong) frozen drinks - (Hey Jeff). Decent fitness center.

The bathroom was tiny, the exhaust fan didn't work and the water pressure was low. We occasionally had a sulfur/sewer smell in our room. These may just be an artifact of island living. There was no elevator in our building (C) so we had to haul luggage up a flight. The on-site breakfast restaurant was expensive (but the food was good). There was no freezer section in the in-room refrigerator (need to re-freeze our ice packs - an ice maker doesn't cut it). On top of that, the ice-makers were empty half of the time.
