I appreciated the clean facility and the quiet area. This resort is away from the noisy "old town" and all the facilities were great. The bar was not open which was unfortunate but we still had a great time. We rented a golf cart and were able to get around and go anywhere in Key West. If you can drive a moped, that is the way to go since you will not have to pay to park. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We were in a studio and the kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely return again to this resort.

It would have been great to have a hook on the back of the bathroom door so you could hang clothes while taking a bath. Also the shower curtain did not cover the opening of the tub. I was concerned about water getting out of the tub area. This would be an easy fix to add a shower curtain that covered the tub area. We were in unit 406 so not sure all rooms have this same challenge.

We had a wonderful stay at Coconut Mallory in Key West. The apartment was exceptionally clean and incredibly spacious, offering two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which made it perfect also for a group. The sea view was a fantastic bonus, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. One of the standout features was how quiet the property was, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. Another major plus was the parking available on-site, making it very convenient for guests with a car.

The only minor downside was that to visit the attractions in the Old Town, it’s necessary to drive, but this wasn’t a big issue for us.

The pool and hot tub, Gumbo’s dockside tables and chairs, spacious apartment. Reliable WiFi. Good towels. Convenient (by car) to Croissants de France Bakery and The Docksis on Stock Island.

No bathroom on main floor of apartment. Jets in poolside hot tub were so weak they were useless. We were always able to find parking space but I sometimes far from our unit. Designated parking by unit would have been nice. Noise from air conditioners was so loud it made sitting on balcony impossible to enjoy. Kitchen was devoid of supplies, ie salt and pepper, paper napkins, teakettle, anything thoughtful. No smart TV in 2024.

This is a wonderful place to stay with family. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Our family had a wonderful time here. We do wish that the marina area and the pool tables would have been accessible while we were there, but that would not prevent us from returning and staying here again in the future.

We could not use the pool tables because they were closed off along with the marina bar area. Our family loves to shoot pool but unfortunately it was not available the entire time were there.

The property was very clean and spacious. Two nice bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our condo was two floors - kitchen, living room, and balcony on the first floor with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor.

The property is about four miles to Duval Street. It was too far to walk and Uber was $20 each way. Therefore we walked to the airport (20 minute walk) and rented a car for a few days. Worked out very good as we could drive to many locations around Key West and significantly less cost than an Uber.

Place is quiet, very seldom saw other vacationers. But I also did not go to the bar or the pool. Close to airport.

Outside light burnt-out, mentioned to staff, bulb did not get changed. Specifically said in check-out instructions that room needed to be clean, nothing that would require extensive cleaning. I found a used bar of soap in bathroom on top of wall shampoo. Spatula in drawer dirty and plate in cabinet dirty. Instructions to place dirty towels in mesh bag Outside door for towel exchange. No mesh bag, when told to staff, didn't get one.

The resort is lovely. We enjoyed being directly on the water at a marina and the little bar GUMBOS was really fun and of course convenient. The staff were fantastic! We didn't use the pools unfortunately because it was too cold, but next time we hope to.

My knees didn't like the spiral staircase that we needed to use to get to the bedroom on the second floor and I noticed some spots of moldiness on the ceiling. Unfortunately, it's probably hard to keep the units dry in a place that is so very humid.

Everything went well, pool was nice, temperature was a little too hot but relaxing. Loved that you had everything needed for cooking. Too many positive things to mention all. My husband and I had a great anniversary get-away and the price was reasonable for us to afford. Thank you for having a resort that goes above any chain hotel.

Confused about the parking and where our room was. Wish there was a long mirror in room for dressing.

The unit was clean and spacious. Bathrooms were clean and well supplied. Beds were comfortable and windows had blackout curtains but there was still light bleeding due to no blinds. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Laundry appliances were close and easy to use but was only coin operated.

Our unit was the closest to the street. Sounds from the street or parking lot were very loud. The other thing is we weren't expecting to clean the place before checking out. Maybe that should be included in the notes or description to the place. We didn't mind minor cleaning and pulling sheets off the beds but would have appreciated the notice before booking.

We loved the pool area, lots of seating options, it was very clean and close to many of the rooms! The pool was seen from our balcony as well. The condos were larger than we expected, easy to park and hop on the elevators! These condos weren't too far from everything. We MAINLY loved how the property felt private and was on a coast line!

My main concern was the mattress protectors, when I took the sheets off our bed to help housekeeping, I was shocked to find the mattress covers were covered in human hair of all kinds and colors and lots of it!! Some stains on the matress covers as well. A bit disappointing considering how much we enjoyed the property and the overall stay!
