Really liked the extra touches like the muffins, Dove bars and waters left in the room daily. Rooftop pool was awesome. Were worried it would be crowed due to size but it was always accessible and very relaxed and low key. Bar tenders were awesome. Almost felt like an all inclusive with the complementary BM's and mimosas in the AM and wine and sangria in the afternoons. We had a unit with a small pool which was an awesome way to cool off at the end of the day and pool temperature was perfect. Full service property that felt more private, which I loved. Walking distance to Duvall and lots of great restaurants.

Price was a bit high, but there were a lot of extras.

Great location close to restaurants and shops. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are modern and clean. The rooftop pool is a nice size with a bar and plenty of chairs and towels. The staff are friendly and helpful. Complimentary muffins and water in the rooms and happy hour drinks at the pool are a nice touch.

We had a 1st floor room with a bathroom window that looked out on a street. Although there was a shade, it was see through and we didn’t feel like we had complete privacy in in the bathroom. I would opt for a second story room next time.

The suites were beautiful and had everything you could need . Really comfortable bed , great sitting area and your own ice making machine . The complimentary water , dove ice cream bars and daily muffins were a nice touch as was the champagne at check in . The individual pool on our terrace was amazing . Loved sitting in the pool relaxing . The hotel is a in a great location for all the restaurants, shops , bars and sightseeing, as well as the sea . Couldn’t fault the hotel .

I liked everything about this hotel. I think it was great from the staff to the room. I bought the romance package along with my reservation and it was awesome. I really liked that they restocked you on water every day and gave us the muffins and ice cream in the evening. That really came in handy since my wife is diabetic and have sugar lows late in the night.

I wasn't aware of the deposit that I had to pay when checking in. I guess that's my fault for not researching that, but the information wasn't readily available either. I don't think it's that big of a deal though.

Small, intimate boutique property with lots of style. Well appointed with friendly and attentive staff. The location was perfect. Many complementary amenities and a beautiful rooftop pool and bar which was a nice escape to end the day (or begin it). Close to Duval St but not in the hubbub of the town. Within less than a block were good restaurants for bfast, lunch and dinner. Highly recommended.

While the property was very nice, I do think it was a bit over priced.

The pool was very warm, like a bath tub, but it also felt nice so I can't say I didn't enjoy it. Others were complaining about it though. Scharm was a great bartender who provided witty conversation and hilarious jokes. The room was nice, and the staff always seemed to be in a pleasant mood and were very kind. The entire hotel area always appeared very clean. The muffins left by the staff were a nice touch! Customer service was top notch.

Both my wife and I disliked the bed mattress. It was very firm and the springs would make a lot of loud noises. Even though the room was quiet we could hear other mattress spring noises coming from other rooms so we knew it wasn't just our bed. It was the mattress itself. Additionally, the pillows provided little to no support. Maybe give the option of a memory foam pillow or just get some cotton ones that support the head. The feather pillows are always a bad choice. The water pressure was horrible in both sinks and in the shower. It seemed to just fall out of the shower head. If it wasn't for these issues I would have given the hotel a top rating.

We loved the whole facility. From parking and the lobby, to staff, to just the overall "feeling" of the place. I'm so pleased we got to spend our vacation with you. You made us feel so welcome and pampered. Your staff is absolutely an incredible asset. Everyone we met was pleasant, warm, and helpful.

Although the stairs to the room were a little hard on us, it was still worth it since it lent to a much more private feel to our room. In all honesty, the only negative part of our stay was having to leave.

Loved the comfortability of the bed, plenty of pillows! Robes were great to have. Amazing walk in shower with great water pressure. Pool was so amazing to have. Much deeper than expected just wish we had the opportunity to make it slightly warmer than it was. Enjoyed the option of seating area and lounge with tv or bed with tv. Deck was perfect for my husband to work on a few emails. If we had stayed longer we may have used the regular rooftop pool and fitness facilities. Only item we ran into issues with was the front desk didn’t seem like there was much urgency, but they were friendly. We wanted to rent bikes at 7 am but were told we couldn’t until after 7:30 am. Come to find out it was just a key in the cabinet. Not sure if the overnight desk person was well verse in how the operation works because we were asked for our credit card and a paper was filled out to rent the bike. She called her manager and then told us we couldn’t rent because the “system” doesn’t allow the rentals until after 7:30?? Either way we ended up grabbing bikes. One seat wasn’t working properly as it was missing the adjustment handle. The bikes are brought in 3rd party so I cannot fault H2O for that.

Privacy could have been better as neighbors can look into your room from anywhere basically. Also that the doors auto locked, you have to ensure you have your key at all times otherwise you’ll get locked out of your room

This is a beautiful location, convenient to most of what Key West has to offer. The facility is clean and well thought out. The staff is friendly and helpful.

While waiting for our room to be ready, we went up to the pool bar to relax from our drive. The bartender was very nice but did not know how to make any mixed drinks on their menu. We had reservations for a suite with plunge pool, but they did not have it listed on their side of the reservation...no attempt to make it right was offered. There were a couple maintenance items that should have been addressed before they checked us in, especially because our room was ready later than promised.
