Everything! The outdoor area with ping pong, fooz ball, cornhole, bar & food was delicious

No hook in the bathroom. I don’t like setting my clean towel and clothes on the toilet.

The resort is vibrant, relaxing, and full of charm—everything you want for a Key West getaway. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every interaction was friendly and helpful, creating an atmosphere that felt genuinely warm and personal. The pool area was a highlight—beautiful, clean, and so refreshing in the summer heat. We especially want to recognize Ruslan, the bartender, who truly made an impression during our stay. It seemed like he was working nonstop every single day we were there, and yet he always had a smile and great energy. He brings an incredible work ethic and enthusiasm to the bar, mixing up fantastic drinks and taking time to connect with guests. He’s a standout part of what makes the Havana Cabana experience so special. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Key West. Whether you’re lounging poolside, grabbing a drink from Ruslan, or just enjoying the relaxed island vibes, Havana Cabana delivers on every level. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We had an issue with the in-room (room 127) refrigerator not getting cold—only mildly cool. We mentioned it on two occasions, but unfortunately, nothing came of it. That said, we always travel with a backup plan and had our own refrigerated cooler, which worked perfectly for our needs, so it didn’t impact our trip.

The manager on duty was the kindest man ever! Gave me a small Pink xmas tree and boxes to wrap gifts!!!! We could not find a little tree for our place and our son, age 20 lol insisted we have a tree on vacation! Nick helped me w boxes and the bar tenders were literally like family- delicious reasonable food and amazing drinks! We come to the keys all the time as our son is a student at college and we are so happy we did HAVANA CABANA! We always pay too much!! Cant wait to stay again! The xmas decorations were unparalleled from all! Thank yall for making our Christmas wonderful!

Staff was very nice, the pool area is beautiful. The decoration of the room is nice and welcoming.

The whole hotel smells very much of mold and bathroom shower was full of hair from previous clients. They tell you to leave the AC on at all times because of that humidity problem but the AC unit is very loud. The room was very expensive (+$700) for what it is.

absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect — just 10 minutes from Duval Street, which meant we were close enough to enjoy all the excitement of town, but far enough to escape the noise and crowds. It was the best of both worlds. The pool area was a dream — quiet, relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. One of the biggest perks was the shuttle service: it was always available, super convenient, and made getting to and from town effortless. We never had to worry about parking or walking in the heat. This place truly gave us a relaxing, worry-free stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a peaceful vibe while still being close to everything Key West has to offer

Absolutely gorgeous and smelled And was so clean it was amazing!! Swimming pool and grounds are one of the most beautiful in the florida keys. The two male bar tenders were the most fun and so talented!!! Carlo and Rashan i believe was their names- David was So helpful- we extended our stay for two weeks!!! Ive been all Over the keys from Bungalows key largo To chicca and tranquility bay and hands down this is my absolute FAVORITE RESORT!!! Soooo keysie and the most FUN!!! Caribbean all the way

Had everything you needed for a beautiful day at the pool. Towels, Suntan lotion and great Banana Daquries! Could change up the music through out the day. Shuttle to downtown Key West was easy and very convenient.

We had a pool side room 2nd floor. We stayed for 3 nights during the week. One night, music was far to loud @10 pm. Granted, pool and bar close @ 11pm. The other 2 nights the person in charge of volume of the music had much more consideration.

The overall adult only vibe is great. Amazing pool side, and the restaurant and the bars were really nice. Staff was super helpful and great to talk too. The cleaning staff was amazing.

While there the pools heater was supposedly broken. Making the pool crazy cold. And the hottub at times was crazy hot. The property feels like it's been maintained but just at a minimum level. The food selection at the restaurant is closer to a food truck, good but not great. The price per night was not as great a deal as they make it out.

Location has plenty nearby and the shuttle was great as parking was $30 for 2 hours downtown. The pool and main area are beautiful.

8am the landscapers were trimming hedges with electric trimmers and blowers outside our door. No mirror outside bathroom so we could not get ready while someone else showered (trip with cousin). Floors were sticky and LVT planks coming up. $81 "resort fee" for 2 poolside drinks, free wifi and other things at specific midday hours, we didnt even use so its a way to waste your money on nothing. Thats pretty rediculous to me. Not a bad place though.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. Resort was well maintained, and the amenities were nice, but there is a mandatory upcharge for them. The shuttle into town was great.

Our room was close to the bar and for 2 nights of the 3 we were there, it was very noisy... music so loud we couldn't watch TV or sleep in our closed room until after 11pm. A gate just outside our room clanged loudly all night. People stayed in the bar after closing, talking so loudly that we could have joined the conversation. We didn't expect silence, just a bit of consideration.
