Everything! The outdoor area with ping pong, fooz ball, cornhole, bar & food was delicious

No hook in the bathroom. I don’t like setting my clean towel and clothes on the toilet.

Staff was very nice, the pool area is beautiful. The decoration of the room is nice and welcoming.

The whole hotel smells very much of mold and bathroom shower was full of hair from previous clients. They tell you to leave the AC on at all times because of that humidity problem but the AC unit is very loud. The room was very expensive (+$700) for what it is.

The manager on duty was the kindest man ever! Gave me a small Pink xmas tree and boxes to wrap gifts!!!! We could not find a little tree for our place and our son, age 20 lol insisted we have a tree on vacation! Nick helped me w boxes and the bar tenders were literally like family- delicious reasonable food and amazing drinks! We come to the keys all the time as our son is a student at college and we are so happy we did HAVANA CABANA! We always pay too much!! Cant wait to stay again! The xmas decorations were unparalleled from all! Thank yall for making our Christmas wonderful!

The overall adult only vibe is great. Amazing pool side, and the restaurant and the bars were really nice. Staff was super helpful and great to talk too. The cleaning staff was amazing.

While there the pools heater was supposedly broken. Making the pool crazy cold. And the hottub at times was crazy hot. The property feels like it's been maintained but just at a minimum level. The food selection at the restaurant is closer to a food truck, good but not great. The price per night was not as great a deal as they make it out.

Location has plenty nearby and the shuttle was great as parking was $30 for 2 hours downtown. The pool and main area are beautiful.

8am the landscapers were trimming hedges with electric trimmers and blowers outside our door. No mirror outside bathroom so we could not get ready while someone else showered (trip with cousin). Floors were sticky and LVT planks coming up. $81 "resort fee" for 2 poolside drinks, free wifi and other things at specific midday hours, we didnt even use so its a way to waste your money on nothing. Thats pretty rediculous to me. Not a bad place though.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. Resort was well maintained, and the amenities were nice, but there is a mandatory upcharge for them. The shuttle into town was great.

Our room was close to the bar and for 2 nights of the 3 we were there, it was very noisy... music so loud we couldn't watch TV or sleep in our closed room until after 11pm. A gate just outside our room clanged loudly all night. People stayed in the bar after closing, talking so loudly that we could have joined the conversation. We didn't expect silence, just a bit of consideration.

I liked that it was all adults, no late and loud nights at the pool or bar. The staff from the front desk staff, the concierge, the shuttle drivers, the bartenders and servers were all so very nice!

I would have liked more lounge chairs around the pool and maybe a little more sun that wasn’t blocked by so many trees. Also, the hot tub bubbles weren’t working, that would have felt nice after walking all over Duval all day.

The bar and pool staff were amazing. The location is great. We will be coming back.

Directions to our room were nonexistent. We were in room 246, but you didn't know where that was unless you walked to the back of the rooms. Directions from the front desk when checking in would have been appriciated. The music was all Cuban, without any English. I understand it is part of the atmosphere, but there are cuban singers who sing popular songs in English. A mixture would be better.

Plenty of very attentive staff. Pool was amazing. We loved the hot tub and the music. Great bus service into town.

I thought it was overpriced. It should have included breakfast at least. Our room was very dated for the price we paid. Old painted cupboard all scratched. Needs an upgrade. There was a huge painted wall hanging behind the beds, it was the full size of the wall with Havana Cabana painted on it. It was like a billboard and it was a dust trap.

Good location out of the Key West downtown Duval Street congestion but close enough and just across the N. Roosevelt beach to be convenient and a short drive to Stock Island. Excellent regular shuttle service from the hotel to the harbor and Old Town tourist areas, Very comfortable ambience with a nice pool and landscaping. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet with some thoughtful amenities. Decent value. The rooms could use a little upgrading, especially the bathrooms, but overall clean, restful, and comfortable. The hotel has a pleasant "Cuban Vibe" to it and we would definitely stay here again.

Bathrooms a bit dated and not particularly attractive. The laminate flooring in our room was bubbled up, probably due to humidity, so it was like walking on a foam mattress. Room air conditioners are noisy.
