The breakfast selections were great! The staff was wonderful. The room was a little small for a king, but we managed.

I didn't like the fact that the cost of taking the complimentary shuttle to and from the downtown area cost $25 a day. This was not explained to us upon checking in. If we had known this, we would have taken Uber each day. It would have been a lot cheaper. We had to give our credit card upon check in for incidentals. I asked if that was for any of the items we might purchase from their little market. She said "yes". We were totally surprised when we had close to $200 on our card upon check out. Since we didn't get a printed receipt, we had to wait for the email to know the charges.

Breakfast was hot and fresh. Plenty to choose from to eat. Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking can get hectic if your out late. But we made it work. Very quiet. Love the chickens free roaming around.

Ice machine was broken at the time we stayed.

Outside the town, so the shuttle service is excellent. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Pool lovely. Cockerels. Iguana. The whole place felt new, clean and tidy. Very nice indeed. Would definitely stay again.

Just the sign at the front of the car park really. You come in on a busy road, navigating traffic at the lights and then before you know it, you've passed it without noticing it! Then you come back on the wrong side of the road and the sign is hidden behind trees facing the other way.

weather was not good for our three night stay. nothing to complain about as far as resort was concerned.

Great breakfast! Allergic to milk, so oatmeal milk was fine. Loved the oatmeal, scrambled eggs and turkey sausage, bold coffee, juices, and raisin bagel. Wonderfully displayed, too. Thank you!!! Room was well set up and well maintained. All staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Liked the rooster crowing at 2:30 AM. Went right back to sleep. Oh, and we called about Aunt Anne's partial that she thought she left in the bathroom. Good news! It wasn't there, it was packed in her large suitcase.

Didn't remember to replace kleenex after first day. That was it!

The eggs tasted like dehydrated not fresh eggs. There were no donuts.

The only down side is we did not get the room we booked. We booked for two Queen size beds and a sofa bed since we are a family of five. In stead we got a suite with one Kingsize bed with a small sofa bed.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable, had lots of extras, 2 free pops per day for the room, breakfast included n the price and the free shuttle bus was a bonus. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel.

Pool was great, breakfast was very nice and diverse, the daily water or teas available for free was a bonus (although you pay for it in the daily resort fee) and the shuttle was a huge help to visit the wharf and downtown area. Be cautious, though, as the shuttle bus can look different from pickup to pickup, (2 different shuttles). The A/C worked well and was quiet enough. Overall, it was a bit pricey, but compared with other hotels, pretty worthwhile.

One woman's bathing suit disappeared, likely caught up in the towels picked up by the maid.We never got it back. Ouch. Also, there was insufficient lighting near the front of the room. A sofa would have been helpful for seating in the room.
