We liked the location and condition of the unit we rented.

The lobby furniture was very rundown. The dining room was only open for dinner and didn’t offer any traditional food. It was also way too dark in the dining area. The breakfast offering was delicious but nothing but pastry isn’t healthy, especially 3 days in a row, when we had no car to go elsewhere. We also asked to have the bathroom light changed.The staff got us out of bed to tell them it was too late at night. They never returned to change the”strobe light” bulb. It was most annoying.

The front desk staff were amazing! They helped us with many things during our stay. The room was phenomenal!! Being able to eat breakfast at Tavern n Town was nice! Food was one of the best breakfasts on the island!

The pool bar attendant, unfortunatetly, seemed like she didnt know what she was doing. Made our drinks wrong multiple times (and they were the specialty drinks on their cocktail menu) and the Strawberry daiquiris were waterdowned and had no flavor to them.

My husband & I stayed at this resort quite a few years ago. This time it is our 55th wedding anniversary. Everything was wonderful, pool, concierge, the restaurant. We actually dined there 2 nights this week. The only thing I found was that the suite was very old. The main bathroom around the sinks was a failed patchwork job .The floors “are “ disgusting, they are a mess. This is not what I envisioned, for what we paid, I thought I would have gotten a more decent suite . All in all, we had a really good time. Except for the room. Amy Mergner

My accommodations were not satisfactory. Being this our 55th wedding anniversary I‘Daydreamed” of having a very beautiful room. I stated in the message above that the bathroom was disgusting. The floors were gross and I’m glad I brought my slippers. I realize that the suite was old and shabby. But again for the price for me the price is expensive. I guess if I come next year I’ll see how loyal we will be . P.S. The restaurant and the pool is fabulous!!!!

Our apartment (227A) was excellent. Not 100% soundproof to local traffic or the vocal roosters close by but extremely comfortable and roomy. Large king bed extremely comfortable. Apartment is decked out with good serviceable furniture and amenities with plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots & pans, etc to cater for any meal you want to prepare yourself. Large outdoor pool well utilised with beach access also but be there early if you want a sun bed. Approximately a 15 min walk to nearest grocery store, eating options or a bit of shopping. A free shuttle is provided every hour to and from downtown Key West which is a lovely service. Didn’t try the on-site bar & restaurant so unable to comment.

Not much really but if I had to name a few trivial things it would be paying $25 per night for parking a car. Only 1 dishwasher & washing machine powder sachets provided (hard to buy just a few sachets from the store so maybe 1 of each provided for every 2-3 days of booking?). Clothes aired (not everyone likes using a clothes dryer). Would also be handy to have a wire rack to put hot things on.

The room was great. We had a suite with a kitchen. Tavern N Town was great. Loved the happy hour. The drinks were a little pricy at the pool. I feel they should've been a little bigger for the price.

The beach really needs to be cleaned up. It could be really nice if someone would take care of it. We were wondering why the little hut doesn't have a bar/food area also?? We had stairs to the pool area and it was rough getting up the hill of rocks to get to the pool area.

Gorgeous king suite - exceeded expectations. The beach access is very minimal - Key West is like that, though. Balcony overlooked ocean - beautiful view. Nice pool area. Shuttle service to Old Town worked for us every time. Explored “off beaten path” marina and other restaurants near resort. Excellent experience!

The room was hard to find. Very odd numbering of rooms. That was only an issue finding it after parking the first day upon arrival.

the rooms were clean, tidy and ready for arrival, front desk was there for checkin, lots of towels in the room and the heating worked perfectly and was needed as it was the only cold days in key west for the year. Great value for the price.

There was no one at the front desk at check out, had to leave the key with the (very nice!) guard. the elevator was broken, there was no one to approach so I needed to take my luggage down from third(!) floor... as the front desk wasn't there I told the guard..

Spacious, well-appointed rooms. Very friendly staff but they texted me and said that was the way to communicate with them and to text back with any questions — however, they never replied back. That being said, when you went to the front desk to ask them questions, they were super friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful property and the rooms are so nice. I would definitely recommend

Maybe just offer an easier way to communicate with the staff

We reserved a waterfront/oceanview room, and it was beautiful. The suite is HUGE. The balcony is large, and you can open the slider in the bedroom and look out as well. We could literally lie in bed and watch the sunset. Amazing! The staff was only a text away at ALL times, and they replied immediately to every need or question. They were accommodating and very helpful with answering questions about everything in Key West. Everything was VERY clean, and we watched the maintenance constantly at work making sure the walkways to the rooms were clean and dry. Everyone was super-friendly. The free shuttle takes you to two different places in Key West close to most things you want to see, and the drivers are great. The restaurant is pricey, but the food was some of the best I've ever tasted. You must have the bread!

The beach at the waterfront is not really a beach that most people would wade into, so perhaps it should be advertised/listed as such. There were a few kids I saw enjoying it. The full kitchen was wonderfully equipped, but I would suggest putting scissors in the utensil drawer. We bought some at Publix and used them many times. The pullout couch my son slept on was not comfortable at all, but with everything else so wonderful, he managed. The king-sized bed was super-comfortable.

The location was convenient, there was a shuttle to Duval Street, the pool was very nice and the pier on the ocean. The room was clean and quaint. We didn't have a view of anything but we didn't really hang out in the room. There are a lot of roosters who like to crow starting early in the morning, but it is part of the Key West ambience. Lots of parking.

Some of the staff could be friendlier and more helpful. The nice restaurant on site is very pricy, but there was the Chicken Walk snack bar which was pretty good.
