The room was nice and spacious. The pool was large and clean. There was a bar by the pool that also served food, good. The breakfast was nice and so was the property. The staff was friendly hand helpful. We used the hotel shuttle twice to down town Key West, one driver was nice and the other was not so nice.

The hotel is right next to the airport and planes flew right over the pool/hotel.

Facilities are new, facing to the ocean directly, comfortable bed.

The hotel had everything we needed from pool, bar and food, complimentary breakfast, great fitness center, beautiful views, shuttle to town every hour. I was blown away by the value.

The only thing that takes adjustment are the planes flying over. Can be startling at first but you get used to the sound and it is only during the day, not at night when sleeping. Not the fault of the hotel, just something to be aware of if you are sensitive to noise.

The facility is amazing. I wish we had time to spend by the pool but my husband wanted to explore downtown both days we were there and I wanted time at the beach. The room was big and clean and bed was very comfortable. We did get a drink at the poolside bar which was very good. Breakfast was very good. We decided Hampton Inn is one of our new "go to" hotels. (we like Best Western too)

We were given a handicapped accessible room which meant water collected on the bathroom floor (no ledge in shower) and the closet was low so my dresses could not hang straight. Maybe they were short on room availability. It was minor and really not a problem for us. We just needed to ask for more towels. They delivered quickly.

Great hotel with large room. Location is quite far out of the centre of Key West but there is a shuttle bus to take you in and bring you back. Lovely pool and very close to the oceanfront. Some planes overhead due to proximity to airport but didn't bother us and didn't hear them overnight. A great base to explore Key West.

Shuttle bus needs to be bigger. We ended up renting a golf cart for the week because we could never seem to fit in the shuttle.

We had a queen room with a balcony and pool view. You could also see the ocean from the balcony. The grounds were clean and beautiful. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The shuttle to downtown was excellent. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend Hampton Inn Key West. Also loved the tiki bar.

Spacious, well designed rooms, nice&clean bathrooms, There was lively music at the pool, but after 9pm it was quiet, which I liked. Pool was nice and warm, we enjoyed with kids appearances of ibis birds and friendly Iguana in the garden. Complimentary coffee and bottled water available at the front desk 24/7, 2 free drinks daily at the bar, shuttle to the town free.

Breakfast was standard, but quite limited variety, everything was quite artificial and very sweet, no vegetables/fruit available:( There was a lot of noise due to airport behind fence and planes taking off and landing, which stopped in the evening, could be a little bothering while sitting at the swimming pool, also a bit of attraction if you like planes:) Location is not great - far from town, long walk from nice beach. The view is there - there is sea on the other side of the road... We left befind out swimming suits etc (our fault, we left them to dry before the journey) - I couldn't contact with the staff for whole day and when I got to - our stuff was gone:((( I have a feeling that we could get it back if someone put it to lost&found and contact me.

It is a little far out of the centre but the amazing shuttle helps that, and with that in mind it’s a shame the hotel’s bikes are so expensive to hire…or you can’t borrow for just an hour.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this property. The price was more than fair for what was offered. Take advantage of ALL the amenities! The staff are amazing & accommodating (Kim @ the front desk was so helpful!). The location was away from the hustle of downtown with gorgeous views. You still get the tropical feel without the crowd. Once we parked, we didnt have to move our car for the entirety of our stay. Parking downtown can get pricey @ $40-50 per day, so having the complimentary shuttle (@15 min ride) was such a blessing. The drivers were great & always on time. Breakfast at the hotel saved us so much money, also. The housekeeping staff were so quiet & courteous. We enjoyed this hotel so much that we ended up extending our stay for several additional days. Great job, Hampton Inn (KW)!

It wasn’t a deterrent for us, but I could see how being so close to the airport could be a problem for some. The planes taking off were pretty loud, but were mostly during the day hours. We only experienced one later @ 9:45pm. We actually enjoyed watching them. Wifi wouldn’t stay connected & that may be a problem for someone needing wifi to work while here. My husband works online & had a bit of trouble loading his work via on-site wifi. Not a deal breaker by any means. One suggestion: put additional towels in the room. I know we could’ve requested more, but we managed with the 2/2/2 wash cloths/bath towels/hand towels.
