We've been to a Key West alot but had never stayed at a resort before. But we stayed here last year and loved it so much that we came back again this year. Hyatt Windward Pointe is an Awesome resort. The villas are perfect for families. The units are beautiful and spacious and you have everything you need. The beds are very comfortable too. The entire resort is extremely well maintained, very clean, and the pool and grounds are spectacular. There is a poolside snack/shack where you can get drinks and food as well as outdoor grills to use. There are plenty of outdoor games including volleyball, shuffleboard, pool, and ping pong & foosball. They even had a DJ on 2 afternoons we were here and he was very entertaining also. I only wish he could have been here every night and for longer than 2 hours. We love everything about staying here and give it 5 Stars.

Absolutely exceptional stay in Key West! While the location was a bit further from Duval Street, it more than made up for it with stunning beach and sea views—perfect for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful. Our room was immaculate and tastefully decorated, offering great comfort and privacy. Although breakfast wasn’t included, there were plenty of great local spots nearby to explore. The overall atmosphere was tranquil and truly felt like a slice of paradise. Highly recommend, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We loved the 2 bedroom suite. Very well equipped. Quality was good of all the furniture, utensils, etc. Even supplies were provided. Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Views were just fantastic. Overall a very pleasant experience. Having driven around the whole island, we felt our resort was among the best. Although it is next to the airport, we were not at all disturbed by the planes. Welcome package was very helpful.

The front desk area could be better furnished and should provide coffee, refreshments, etc, The furniture is dated. This is the first place we see and feel a bit disappointed. Most folks use this area to wait to check in or wait after they have checked out.

Our room was excellent. Modern and decorated to a high standard. Very high quality. Pool was excellent and warmed to a really nice temperature. Poolside background music was good ( in between the jets screaming down the adjacent runway)

Check in was disappointing. When we arrived 45mins early our room was not ready ; however the receptionist assured us that she would let us know when our room was ready…but she forgot. Also the keycard she gave us to access the pool area whilst we waited didn’t work. In actual fact she wasn’t very good. The hotel was wedged between the sea and the airport so it was a tad disconcerting to see a stream of jets flying off but somehow you got used to it. It’s a fair way out of town so a guest shuttle would have been nice ( taxi is around $20 ).

If you're staying with a family, the apartments are very comfortable and clean. I love that they are complete with a full kitchen. It allowed flexibility for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful. I wish we had stayed longer. There is a swing looking over the water that looks out to the sunrise. It was very peaceful. The pool, although relatively shallow (<6') it was warm and very clear. There's are a lot of things to do provided by the hotel. Games and entertainment if you'd like to stay on the property. I would recommend staying for a couple of days at least. The beds were very comfortable.

Everything was great, if you can afford it. There is a lot of air traffic noise, as the key is quite small. There was a lot of furniture in the room, this made the sofa bed difficult to deploy. If love to see more supportive pillows.

It felt just like a condo! Everything was beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable. Coffee and tea was available in the full-kitchen. Anything needed to prepare a meal or snack was available. The balcony view was spectacular! The outdoor furniture was so comfortable and nice. Just wish we could have stayed longer!!

The entrance was somewhat confusing. The lobby is at the back of the building.

The villa was well equipped and well maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. The balcony was a must to enjoy a beautiful breakfast with a nice view. However, our balcony wasn't the best since we had a wall that covered the ocean view, and to the other side, we had the view to the neighbors balcony with zero privacy. I highly recommend you to check with the hotel for building 1, since it is one with the best view and elevator. We stayed in the building N°2, with partial ocean views and in front of the pool. The pool was nice. I loved the hammock. Sadly, only one was available. In general the hotel was very clean and nice.

I didn't like the lack of privacy in the balcony. Also, someone entered into our villa with a card by mistake...so lack of safety. All the hotel has the parking lot open without any barriers or control, so plenty of Uber drivers were there parking while waiting for people from the airport that is next door. Also, anybody can just walk into the hotel, maybe they should add more security. Lack of amenities in general, tikki bar was pretty poorly equipped. There are not many options to dine-in around. Our last night there, some new guests next door were so loud! It's not the hotel's fault, but if you have bad luck and have someone badly educated next door, you will hear everything and will be bothering.

A really lovely relaxing place. The complimentary coffee in the morning is a lovely touch. Lovely reception team. The pool is lovely and so is the hot tub. The room was spacious and clean.

It was lovely relaxing afternoon and a family came with a 'boom box' playing a loud radio station which really spoilt the feel of the poolside. It did say on the rules no outside music. I'm not sure if anyone complained about it. It's hard to blame to hotel for this but I did spoil the experience

the facility was better than expected. Reviews weren't positive for this facility however unit cleanliness was grt, furniture were updated and modern, felt very safe and secure, only suggestion would be offering a small insulated cooler to bring to excursions. Certainly a hotel one to purchase would've been grt since we weren't prepared with one. our fault not hotel.

the beach umbrella and chairs closed dwn too early for summer - it was still hot with daylight & wanted to soak in beach time as much as we could. however, understood rules but wished another hour in summer season

The 2 bedroom apartment was of a superior quality. It was comfortably fitted out with quality furnishings and bedding. The kitchen had everything needed and there was a generous supply of garbage sacks, dishwasher tabs, dish sponge etc., as well as luxury toiletries all provided by the resort. The view of the pool and the ocean was exquisite and the furniture on the balcony exceeded our expectations. It was lovely to have breakfast on the balcony and watch the sun rise and the rocking chair was so relaxing.

The lounge sofa is a sofa-bed and these are not the most comfortable to sit on in the evening for a longer time.
