The room was very spacious and nice. It was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night, and I was not feeling well, so I cannot speak to the entire property or surroundings. I stayed in the room.

My husband noticed the fire alarm or some kind of alarm on the wall right next to the bed that flashed every 5 seconds or so. That bothered him a bit. One experience I had was that I didn't know how to manage the AC (I thought there was a remote) and no one came to show us how to work it (I called and asked for assistance). I ended up figuring it out and found the controller on the wall. The other thing was that we were loading the car the next morning as we were getting ready to check out, and staff did not give us a chance to finish at our own pace, and stood there asking if we were done though it was not checkout time yet. We just had to hurry and leave. I thought that was very rude.

Location of the hotel. Parking. Swimming pool. Great beds in the room.

It took us several efforts to get a minimum room service: fresh towels, coffee cartridges for a coffee maker. The hotel was running renovations on our floor - nobody warned us, we got smeared in fresh paint without knowing it!

The place is clean.

I never got my deposit back, and they wanted to charge me to $15 to park at their facility.

Loved the pool area with the bar and their wild chickens and the little terrace in front of our room.

We didn’t get the king room we booked. Instead a queen room with much smaller beds :/ therefore I say it wasn’t good value for money. Key wedt hotels are so expensive and I really wanted a king room bed as a couple.

Room was beautiful, breakfast options good and the bars were pleasant. The $5 shuttle bus made getting in to town easy.

A bit of building work on the lawn, but they were considerate to guests. Always seemed to be a queue at reception. But they were always very pleasant

Room nice size with sofa, comfortable bed & bedding. Nice pool area.

Food ordering was messy. You have to order at the bar or restaurant then go pick up outside at the food truck, the weather was not good so standing outside waiting for food in a box. Food was not great. If you want drinks you got them from the bar. So different elements if your meal from different places.

Room was very light, fresh feeling, Pool was better shape than most for laps, breakfast was fast and tasty.

There was nothing we did not like or not approve off.

When we got there the girl at the front desk said she would text me when our room was ready. She never did. We waited around for 2 hours and finally went to the front desk at 4pm. Said our rooms had been ready for awhile. Got to our rooms and found out that the front desk man gave us a 2 queen bed room instead of the king. Had to go back and stand in line again to get it changed. He kept saying the room did have a king and queen beds. It did not and we argued back and forth. The other queen room was not in a section of the hotel that had the bathroom updated either.

The Roosters will crack you up. Big lizards have your cameras ready. GO next door get Starbucks. Nice bar by pool, pool was nice and clean. You can find food here a McDonalds is a five minute walk and Circle K.

I needed Two more days and the hotel needs to promote the hop on hop off, so you can learn more about Key West. Yes a van does come which is nice but you need to do the Trolly tour.

They have sister hotels connected to each other. Both pools were enjoyable, with pool towels readily available. Not only swimming/sunbathing, they also have food, drinks, and other games available in their lawn area. Giant chess games, giant Jenga, and a ping-pong table are on the grounds. The chickens and iguanas add to the resort, giving it that laid-back tropical feeling. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There are different sitting areas to relax with group/family and enjoy each other’s company. They have a shuttle bus to get downtown. Starbucks available. Food was good.

Just a heads up, the hotel provides a shuttle bus for downtown. To get on the bus, you need to prearrange a time with a ticket. I think the bus runs every hour, so plan your shuttle ahead of time. Then, getting back is first come, first serve. There is a chance the bus is full, and you will not be able to get on until the next return time.
