Cute and lovingly designed hotel in the heart of Key West. Patrick welcomed us with a glass of wine and showed us this gem. Our room had tropical charm. Everything felt very authentic. Nevertheless, there was no lack of comfort. We slept like logs. There was a Nespresso machine in the room instead of those terrible cheap American coffee machines - a little culture can be so easy! :) At breakfast you had to be careful of a free-range chicken. It was a bit cheeky. We‘d love to come back!

Absolutely nothing.

This was already our second time in Cabana Inn. It's all about location ,location, location ! Next to the pool ans jacuzzi they also serve complimentary breakfast ( waffles to make yourself ) fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast, bagels, cereals and cooked eggs. And wine and snacks during happy hour.

This time we have experienced lot of noise from the street side of our room. We got un upgrade which was great and as you have such a great location little noise is a part of it all, isn't it.

From the moment we arrived, we knew instantly that any time we come back, the Cabana will be the only place we would want to stay. It was relaxing and accommodating and anything we needed or requested there was never a delay or the feeling we were being too needy. IYKYK that feeling as if you are a bother..lol..Not here...we loved it so much that we extended out trip 2 additional days and without hesitation, the staff made it happen and even assisted in moving all of our luggage to the new room....believe me, we definitely over packed but that's how we roll...lol. The entire property was extremely serene despite being only one block from the infamous Duval Street where all the action happens. No need to bother renting a car or anything as you will likely not need it and if you feel the need for wheels, you can rent a golf cart or bike right on sight! Before we left we already booked our next trip and will, of course, stay at the Cabana! I HIGHLY recommend this spot to anyone. Thank you to all of the staff at the Cabana and we'll see you in September. :)

Loved everything!

Breakfast and happy hour were good and nice ways to meet other guests.

Parking. We paid for parking for our 3 day stay as it was far easier than worry about the few tight parking spots that we always occupied by the hotel.

Breakfast was basic, but nice. The complimentary cheese plate and wine was a nice offer at happy hour. The location of this site is exactly where we wanted to be in Olde Town Key West. We did not have a car, but was able to walk to absolutely every destination we wanted. Our only taxi was to and from the Key West airport. So many great sites are near this hotel and also many great restaurants. Our room was on the second story and was very spacious. So was the bathroom. And we had a small table and chairs on the balcony to enjoy. And we did not have much in the way of needs from the staff, but they were helpful. Also, I loved that the floors were all hardwood and the bathroom tile. I prefer that over carpet in hotel rooms.

This hotel is one block from Duval street, so you will hear late night street and party noises. But we travel with a sleep sound machine, so we were not really disturbed by that.

Great location. Right off Duval St. Walkable to most things. Hotel had some parking as well as a parking lot right next door. Parking is an extra fee. Courtyard area was nice with a small pool, large hot tub, and plenty of seating. Breakfast was included and a small happy hour which was really nice. Room was a great size, clean, comfortable bed, and had a small balcony.

The room needed some updated furniture. The side tables were uneven and seemed like they were falling apart and the chair in the room had a lot of stains. Also check out is 11am and I had 2 people walk into my room around 10am to clean while I was getting ready.

Property was great. The turtles. The birds. The happy hour. The pool. The hottub. Quiet. (Except for the roosters! 😆 But hey! Its Key West) Great location. Staff took good care of us. Patrick checked us in. He was great.

Parking. We paid extra for a slot. (We thought it was included in our reservation.) The next day the staff had parked there. Another slot was available but...Then the next day we were blocked in by maintenance but..... Not a big deal. We never had to wait long to get out. But you made us pay extra for property parking. So that was kind of annoying. Breakfast was ok. We always went out for breakfast. It was nice to have juice and fruit and yogurt. Bacon or sausage would have been a nice addition if we had need to eat breakfast on property.

Very centrally located to everything. Just a half block off Duval Street so you’re in the heart of all the restaurants, bars and shops. But open the gate to the guest house and you’re in a tranquil oasis. There is a small pool surrounded by lots of seating options- tables, chairs, chaise lounges. There are also Cabana beds close by. They have a hot tub too. The staff is very nice. There is a breakfast included each morning. A very nice Starbucks fresh ground self-serve coffee machine is available 24/7 (teas too). Wine & cheese happy hour daily at 5:00. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. Our room had a lovely little balcony with teakwood bench and table.

Air conditioners are noisy and need to be on all the time with the heat and humidity. Some rooms are on 2nd or 3rd floors with only stairs to access. Just something to be aware of if you have mobility needs. Our bathroom was large but could use a little updating. You can hear the Roosters crowing in the early morning. This wasn’t a negative for us as we get up early, but it might be for those who are light sleepers or who like to sleep late. I’m guessing this may be anyway in Key West as there are Roosters all over the island.

We were treated very nicely upon arriving at the Cabana Inn and since we had prepaid, the checkin was extremely easy and we were shown to our room immediately. the staff was always nice and everything was as advertised, clean and well taken care of. the Inn has many rooms and yet, it seemed like a small Inn with friendly guests and very friendly staff.

the new coffee machine was down the entire time we were there, however, it did not present an issue as the Inn had prepared a morning pot in time.

The location was a great easy walk to Duval and the activities. Expansive continental breakfast with pastries, boiled eggs, waffles, and 24-hour coffee. The pool area was nice with plenty of place to lounge. Wine and cheese in the afternoon was a plus. Overall, we loved our stay and would return. There is limited parking that is $30 a day. This is less than the street parking or the public lot next door. If you pay for each day of your stay at check in you have that spot for the entire stay.

We had the Cabana cottage, which I mostly liked. There are a few suggestions however, it needs another chair in the room. One of us had to sit on the bed while in the room. The one thing that definitely is needed is a mat in the shower. Both of us almost fell the floor was so slippery. We we ended up putting a small towel on the floor to prevent a fall.
