Theresia and Rehan couldn’t have been better hosts. They were there for anything I needed, helped me to plan my days, and even planned a dinner one night which we enjoyed on the beautiful veranda. I came without a car/bike and with no plans and they even drove me to get meals and to see a few things since I was the only guest. The property is gorgeous and I spent both afternoons reading and enjoying the sounds of the outdoors and the little kittens. I recommend Pondok Bamboo highly!!

Not a dislike, but prepare for some extra time if traveling without a car/bike! The hosts were very helpful and I had no issues doing everything I wanted to do, but it is in a small village.

The owners and people who run it are very friendly. They helped you with everything. You sleep in traditional Javan houses, which has a nice touch, The place is nice and secluded, but that also means you are away from restaurants.

When we stayed there is rained a lot and because off that we had some leakage. A lot of mosques around the area.

Nice wooden hut in traditional Java style. Environment beautiful in the nature, at the outside of a village. Beautiful open space with options for cooking, eating and few board games.

No restaurant available, but you can easily order something by grab and eat it there

Early in the morning and in the evening, the chanting and prayers from the village were very loud

A very friendly host who can help you with anything. She stood up in the middle of the night when our taxi picked us up. Cute and clean cottages made from bamboo. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Dieng plateau!

The place is so nice, quiet, in a beautiful garden, closer to the Tourist attractions of Dieng than staying in town. You stay in a bamboo hut so beautiful, and there are just 2 or 3 rooms. The owners are so nice, very intended and helpfull for moving around and give us tips and ideas to visit in the Best way the Best places.

Well-built and well-maintained bungalows in a quiet environment. The staff, Rio, is very warm, friendly, and welcoming.

The hot water worked intermittently.
