Everything was great, staff was nice and helpful, they even checked us in earlier completely free. Breakfasts are tasty and differ every morning, coffee at the bar is delicious, you should try it if you drink coffee :) SPA zone is not big, but has everything for guests to feel relaxed: saunas, swimming pool and the plenty of procedures. We’ve tried massage and ozokerite therapy, it was really good. I appreciate a b-day present for me from the hotel’s and restaurant’s staff, it was sooo cute, thank you :) We will definitely stay here next time we’d come to Truskavets

The rooms were very large, the employees were attentive. The portions of the dishes were really large.

They stated that the kitchen works until 22:00 for dinner, but they stated that they will not be able to take orders when we go to the restaurant at 21:00. Their breakfast was inadequate. (but the hotel is really nice.)

Always great people working there, love the location - close by to the park, dolce vita restaurant. Little indoor pool is great if you’re with kids. The playroom for kids is awesome

The shower door is leaking, and the bed leaning could be cleaner.

The only problem I noticed is no soundproofing in the room, so might get a bit noisy. Also, maybe some rooms should undergo a light cosmetic renovation.

Very helpful and friendly staff (speaking many languages). They help you with anything you need. Comfortable rooms, cozy swimming pool and sauna, without pseudo-baroque interiors as in some other hotels. Perfect location. We stayed there many times already, always feeling like at home.

Breakfest were little bit better before pandemic, but they are still very ok. Small recommendation: real butter instead of margarine would be nice. :)

massage…the specialist who was providing the service was very rough and I wasn’t relaxing during the process. it was more like a marathon as it was fast and intensive) seemed like he wanted me to lose weight afterwards😬

Everything in the hotel is at a high level. The hotel is located in the center and it is very convenient for me. Breakfast is very tasty. The hotel staff is very caring and friendly. All services provided are at a high level. Most importantly, the prices are reasonable.
