The chef, Sergiy, kindly introduced himself to us and made some nice recommendations for us for dinner. And another very nice employee was Oksana, a housekeeper who offered us some good advice regarding the facilities. The sauna was very nice.

This is truly a great place. Beautiful view of the mountains. The location of the hotel. The hotel has good and clean rooms. Wonderful cuisine. The hotel is worth visiting

Staff was warm and welcoming, rooms are big and beds are comfy, wi-fi worked great. There's a pool, a sauna. Kids center has a dedicated care taker and was one of the best we've ever had included into the price of a stay. Breakfast was excellent and you could buy lunch / dinner if it's not included into your rate. The order system is a bit confusing at first (because you can order additional items for your breakfast that go with always available buffet) but once you figure it out that works great! I loved everything and there's nothing to complain about really, recommended. Oh, and on top of that there are medical services and mineral water included into the price but we haven't really used those.
As I've said above there's nothing to complain about really. Please be aware there's a cash deposit on check-in, I'm not sure if they can take a card for that. I've seen an ATM in the hall.

quiet room, nice SPA
staff could be trained little bit more on communication issues. In the message on booking.com prior to our check-in as well as at the front desk we got invitation for free visit to a therapist, which supposedly was included in our package. Well, in the medical centre we got a different rather straightforward and close to be rude answer “you are here only for 2 days, so you have to pay for your doctor visit”. Such inconsistency in communication was the most frustrating experience during our stay.

Problems were with breakfast on the second day of our stay. It was like “we do not care much about you”. The restaurant administration has to show more respect to their clients
