The breakfast was very good. We liked the variety of options. The unlimited beers and snacks in the evenings were a nice option to have as well if we didn't feel like going out. Great restaurant options nearby and close to bus stops and taxis.

The air conditioner didn't work consistently. The rooms got very warm sometimes even though the thermostat was set to cool.

I like how the lift operates in the hotel, there are only 3 lifts and there are designated for different range of floors so we won't have to wait too long for the lift. The room are really suitable for couples and they have this fancy design to see through the bathroom and bath tub. There is a working desk with desk lamp, and a sofa to lay on, I stayed on level 20 and the room view are so beautiful, I can see all the high rise building next to me. The gym facilities are great too, I have not tried the breakfast but reviews said they are good, I can smell the coffee smell when I took the lift in the morning and really tempted to visit. Receptionist are great as they are able speak fluent English and willing to assist you if you meet with any problems. Location of hotel is great too, a few minute walk and you will get to visit all the food store & night clubs.

I didn't like the bathroom, as the shower is set up on top of the bath tub, it is uncomfortable for me but it is fix design for the hotel, nothing can change much. Secondly, the aircon is really weak, it is really quite warm in the room and I need to call the reception for help. Thirdly, the room door is very heavy and the paint are coming off, I think is time for a repaint.

Stayed in premium double room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good location in city center. Wide parking lots. Excellent wifi. Calm and fast elevators. Good soundproof walls and floors. Good quality toilet amenities. Disposable slippers. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Business hotel style. No bathtub as written. Not enough bath towels.

Breakfast was good value for the money and worth it during the stay. The area is well situated and close to various eateries, cafes and convenience stores.

The room facilities and furnishings are standared and don't expect any wow features for the price but it was comfy and clean.

Yes we had a great breakfast & we were satisfied. Absolutely I would recommend this facility to everyone who I know !

It was lovely. we’ve stayed here before. got to eat the breakfast and I was honestly very pleasantly surprised.

Only 2 English tv channels and they were both news. I was looking forward to watching some Nat Geo.

Great location and very comfortable stay at Shilla Stay in Ulsan. Spacious room with all amenities needed. Check-in staff very friendly and provided fast service. Will definetively stay there again next time.
