Comfortable bed and spacious room. Also surround hotel was quiet. I had a really nice sleep.

They don’t offer disposable toothbrush, toothpaste or facial soap to save the planet. However I had a notification late and I already left without my toothbrush and paste. I ended up buying mine there and not sure it was saving their cost or environment. It would’ve great if they still offered but leave as ‘per request’. Personally this way is more reasonable for the service but care the environment. Also had to pay for parking or should be parked far away from the hotel

We liked our breakfast buffet and thought the staff were really helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Keep in mind that you will need a taxi if coming from Ulsan station rather than Taehwagang Station. There are buses available, but we didn't use them due to taxis being the quicker option. So many amenities are a walking distance away, and you are not far from the intercity bus terminal, which we used to go to Gyeongju. We will definitely stay here again.

We couldn't figure out the temperature control, but we didn't ask the staff for help since we were only staying for two nights.

I was there for work, and this was my 2nd time staying here. I didn't pay for the breakfast offered, instead I would walk to the convenience store around the corner there was 4 that was less than a 5min walk. hotel is affordable, with a gym, coin laundry, and a lounge downstairs with the best fried wings😋. hotel is just minutes away by walking from restaurants, bars, and shopping.

It would be nice for Front Desk to greet the customers when they see them walk in. Front desk would not even stare at you walking by or say anything. other than that hotel is great

Over all good. Value for money Convenient store on the ground floor is super nice.

Too much chlorine smell from house keeping. Better than not being clean but difficult to breathe at some point. I stayed for 4 nights and I had to request not to use the chlorine for twice because they still used it after a request. Other than that, it was good stay.

Comfy bed, great location, staff were superb and helpful. There's a 711 Signature beside the lobby. Close to restaurants and cafes.

Bed frame was a bit rundown, probably shows age of hotel. Shower curtains were a bit smelly. Lighting was dim. A/C was not working but good thing we could open the windows and the windows had retractable screens.

Honestly I loved feeling like a little heiress in my suite. I dream of how big and adorable the room was compared to other Korean hotels I’ve been to. The vanity was also a great touch and the electric toilet was great. They do have a iron but it’s a journey to get to it if you want to use it. The bed was super plush and comfortable.

I had a suite but was placed on a lower floor. When trying to follow the guidelines of the hotel, I placed the card on the bed to tell the housekeepers they didn’t have to make my room up but they did anyways. This hotel is really into sustainability so if you book quickly and have nothing like toothpaste,brush,etc. you’ll end up downstairs at the overpriced convenience store. Really Thin walls/door. Some couple across from me were having a bit of “fun”

Nice modern hotel in Ulsan downtown. Good gym. Room spacious. Breakfast varied in a wide area at second floor. More than 3-star hotel! Price of the room with breakfast really affordable. 7-eleven mini-market in the lobby super-useful!

Some issues with wifi. Both for laptop and smartphone.

We had a fabulous stay at the Lotte City - our room was spacious with incredible views over Ulsan from the 19th floor. The staff were incredibly friendly (especially to our young children) and helpful, helping us to book various taxis

This hotel really deserves a five star rating . The reception staff were kind , polite and professional and all spoke English . Check in was easy and they accepted all card payments . The room was-spacious and beautiful . The cleaner staff were amazing at their job . There was a convenience store in the lobby that you could access throughout the night .

We loved everything

Location as just in the heart of city with walking distance to few malls around. Also many F&B surroundings and some even 24 hours

Didn't allow early check in like us overnight travelling and could only get checked in at 3pm really make us super tired.
