Room is very spacious, bed is big and comfortable, toilet comes with seat heater and bidet, nice shower water pressure and temperature, overall hotel is very clean and nice ambience. They are also environmentally conscious, eliminated single-use plastic amenities. Staff able to communicate fluently in English and very helpful. The Korean breakfast spread is awesome with various side dishes, seaweed soup, porridge, it just warms you up and energize you for the day. Location is just genius, you are at the center of everything with cafes and shops lining up in all four directions of the hotel, including the bus stops just right in front of the hotel. Definitely will be my choice for stay, if I ever visit Ulsan again.

I can't control the air-conditioning, unable to set the temperature, fan speed and mode. I guess it is centralized? Perhaps can prepare a simple instruction besides the control panel for reference.

The location is absolutely perfect, you have almost everything around you plus, the hotel is connected to a department store. The gym is perfect; and they have a golf yard that you can play.

The AC was not working for some reason. The room was super hot. There was not power outlet to charge my phone and watch. The only power outlet is next to the office desk which is far away. The room and furniture look a bit old and I feel like it needs replacing and renovation

Hotel is in the city centre (Note: KTX station is outside the city, you need to take 5001 bus. The station in the city is not the KTX station). Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Room quality is exactly what you'd expect for this price/stars level. nothing to complain about. great staff

The desk chair in the room was not comfortable for working. It was too low. As a business traveller I'd like to be able to use the desk and work with my laptop.

The staff was very friendly, helped us in very good English. Everything was clean and neat. The room was spacious and had a desk, fouton and spacious bed. We had everything we needed and were treated with utmost kindness and care.

The room is big and clean, every one is nice, i was looking for vegetarian restaurants for dinner and the front desk they helped to fine, many services including to the price sich sauna, swiming pool and gym that can be used twice a day, the breakfast has divers menu for all style ( american & korean) parking lot is enough large so no problem to parking the car.

for warm meal, i suggests to add more vegetarian menu

the scene of the room was just okay... everything placed at the bar in the room except mineral water was charged... no good care in the property... Overall I wished I could have participated more facilities (e.g., restaurants and sightseeings) inside the hotel.

Location was great! Having currency exchange on site was convenient. Access to Lotte department is on site. Buffet breakfast was very delish and fresh, but it would of been nice to see a little bit of different assortment daily. Thank you for your service!

Room setup and staff.

Kindly consider to have English speaking Gym Attendant. Please also consider to add some more fitness machines. Some times it becomes very crowded.
