All is ok

"we can not control the flies" - there was staff's answer to my claim about a LOT of flies in the open part of restaurant. No any apologies, it was strange reaction of that woman... So choose "Non-flies zone" in the restaurant if you don't like share your meal with these flies )) Be ready to smell your own toilet in Villa Steam (1303) - some genius build it in one space with kitchen (so there is a fan working 24/7 to reduce the bad smell, be ready to listen it at night also) But in general it's really amazing place, worth to stay for vacancy.

Lovely landscaped gardens, big comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the forest, good breakfast with a reasonable choice in a nice breakfast room overlooking the valley. Very helpful and friendly staff. Loved the golf cart service taking you around the hotel area.

The beautiful pool ( in which we were looking forward to swimming)was icy cold, not many ventured! The jacuzzi was not working all week.. The pretty green parrot, in our opinion, could be accommodated in a more green and stimulating enclosure :(

We had the pool villa and what a goregous villa this was. Best part was if you have the pool villa a floating breakfast service is available free ever day of your stay...how amazing is that. The bed size was absoultely royal, the high ceiling the bathroom the pool deck there is nothing one can fault. Literally you don't want to leave your room. The breakfast staff knew I was vegetarian and made sure I was fed well at all meals. Buffet spread was fabulous and teh staff amazing. The property itself is breathtaking and green. You really wouldn't want to leave from here conviniently located from nearby towns if you need a 7-11 or food etc. BEst thing to do is hire a car from Chinag Mai so much more easier to move around rather than sort transport. Panviman was one of my best mountain stays and I am definately goiing back there again.

it was all so amazing I cannot fault anything

All of the amenities on the property were truly amazing. The grounds were like a botanical garden, the pools were outstanding and in a beautiful setting and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. From the start, the staff were attentive and kind. All of the food we ate was so authentic, fresh and tasty. We loved every part of our stay at this resort.

A very minor issue was that the property was isolated and away from any outside activity and or restaurant. But that didn’t really matter as they offered everything you could possibly need or want. If a person needed to leave, taxi or Grab can be used with no problem

The setting is stunning and very beautiful. The staff are exceptional, friendly, helpful. The staff helped us with a couple of situations, they were available on Whatsapp helping us with a driver and when one of our party got injured the lady on reception cleaned him up in a very professional way and was very kind and caring. The food was really great.

The pool was too cold. The rooms whilst nice were on separate floors, this was not something I was made aware of at time of booking and our children were then in a separate floor below us which we could not get to easily which made me uncomfortable. The children were basically sleeping in a separate apartment which they had to lock at night.

All were perfect , everything went smoothly throughout our stay , just 2 nights were not enough. 100/10 if it's possible, services from the front team and driver are very professional. They are friendly , informative and second to none. The food are good tastes, breakfast menus are various and the views are heavenly. There's nothing to complain. Even though the resort is located far from the city approximately an hour but it's worth to come. Ofcourse, if you need some good rest and stay with gorgeous nature , you must stay remotely from the city, right? Will have the second time for sure.

This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The swimming pool is incredible although I will admit cold. The staff are on hand to assist you with everything. The food in the restaurant and the sweeping views of the mountains of Fantastic. This really is a wonderful place to stay with very large rooms and it was worth the Jacuzzi on the balcony room.

You do have to rely on renting a car or Taxi as it’s quite remote however, that’s what you go for. You just need to be aware. I do think the children’s activities should be open in the evening as then the adults could have dinner and relax at the bar where the children have something to do. That’s probably the only negative.

Excellent location if you want to stay in the hills around Mae Rim, about an hour outside of ChiangMai. Close to botanical gardens, waterfalls and several elephant experiences nearby. Very pretty views, especially from Hotel lobby and restaurant terraces. Very good food- Asian and European options. Fantastic location for views while enjoying the extensive breakfast choices. All the staff were so helpful and friendly - always smiling. Good standard of English spoken. Laundry service. We had a Mountain View deluxe bedroom with a big terrace and spacious room. Big comfortable bed.

The room itself was a little bit tired and could have done with some maintenance (fresh paint etc). The bathroom smelt musty and the bath leaked, even though we didn’t use it, so we needed to keep a scented candle burning to cover up the smell. That said, we were still pleased with our choice and would recommend this hotel.

Surrounded by nature, close to amazing waterfalls and a fantastic ethical elephant sanctuary 5 min drive away called Elephant Nature Lovers. Rooms are spacious and modern but in keeping with Thai Culture! The view from our room and all around the resort was amazing looking over the jungle and farm land. The staff were all so lovely and smiley and they helped with getting us a moped for the duration of our stay. We will defo be recommending! The thai food on the menu was delicious and the breakfast was also great!

Some of the sun loungers and umbrellas need an update but otherwise it’s a great area!

Amazing, relaxing atmosphere in a beautiful location, though a bit far from the city. It’s about a 1-hour drive from the airport, and the taxi costs 1,200 baht. Clean with a pleasant smell. Hot shower. Good breakfast. Wonderful hot tub, warm pool, and also a cold-water pool.

The minimum cost for massage 1750+ THB. No microwave oven. If you want to heat anything you will be extra charged. If you don’t have your own transport, it will be difficult to travel nearby places, such as Queen Sirikit botanical garden.
