Everything was better than expected. Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean. I liked how there was a coffee machine near the entrance with many options for a coffee on the go.

We had to wait about 30 minutes after 3 pm to check in because staff told us our room wasn’t ready as well as my sister’s separate room. During breakfast, there was a coffee spill near one of the breakfast tables so many people didn’t have a space to sit. The spill wasn’t cleaned up until after breakfast time. I planned to go to the pool but there was a family who took up the pool area with their huge speaker.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast had great looking choices and fresh.

Room 209 had issues with wet molding smells. Lots of water spots on the ceilings. The staff did what they could to fix the smell with spraying Lysol in the room. However that doesn’t help with having allergies. So luckily we had room 217 reservations as well so we could swap rooms. Room 217 was excellent except the closet sliding doors were jammed and the mirrors were cracked over the whole door. I would think with the price charged those rooms should not look like that when the customer walks in. We stayed there 4 years ago and the rooms were exceptionally nice and comfortable.

The location was great, convenient, and quiet. Close access to major thoroughfare. Close to attractions and beaches. Very clean and modern rooms. Very comfortable beds. Very large walk-in showers. Spacious, highly recommend

Only stayed for one night, so really nothing negative to say.

Staff was extremely friendly. Lobby area was very clean. The breakfast was filling and eating area was clean.

Didn't like that the room felt very humid. The sheets were clean, however one of the mattress covers had a visible "yellow " stain on the side.

The stay was good a gentleman was really helpful and was able to help me with my husband disability being on a wheelchair

What I didn't like was the female front desk didn't or couldn't put a smile on their face they were not friendly.. the building was too hot. The 3rd and 4th floors were too hot.. no AC .. kitchen and room drawers were messed up, and the fridge door wouldn't open the (freezer part )and it was too far from the downtown no restaurants near by..

How friendly the staff was from right when we walked in that night until we left the next morning. Any staff member we saw whether it was the front desk, in the halls or even at breakfast, they were so friendly and always asked how it was going for us. Great place to stay!!

No uber around . It was hard getting to places so I would recommend people to rent a car for easy transport

This was the CLEANEST hotel room i have EVER stayed at in my life! I was VERY impressed of how clean they were. The staff, Izzy & & Shivam were SO nice, accommodating & professional! I truly enjoyed working with them. The individual coffee pots in the room were great! That coffee was better than the breakfast coffee. Their bacon was delicious! I made a point to tell the staff how impressed I was and thanked them. The toiletries were very nice, I want to buy them for home!

The distance from here I needed to be this weekend BUT that's not their fault! Need more parking though. Only one elevator was working which made it an issue especially at peak check out times.

Breakfast was great. Ease of check in/out. Nice sheets and soft pillows Spacious bathroom and counter space.

No bacon at breakfast. Wish my room was tidied up with trash taken out and more towels were brought while we were out. Bed was too firm.

I choose this hotel when I go to Corpus to see my mom. It’s convenient to where she lives and it’s clean.
