The staff was professional and hospitable. The room and bathroom was exceptionally clean. The white bedding was immaculate so were their towels. The beds super comfortable like sleeping on a cloud. The pillows also on point with 4 available per bed. You had the option of a perfectly firm pillow or a softer one! The room also had a keurig with coffee or tea, micro & mini fridge. The pool and hot tub was clean. I was also very pleased with the breakfast options. The food was hot and well stocked with plenty of eggs, bacon and sausage patties or links. They also had cereal, pastries, bagels, bread options, juice, milk and tea/coffee. The coffee was amazing! The grounds were well kept and the parking lot was lit. Staff went above and beyond each time we needed something!

We arrived at 5 pm and our room was not ready. The pool was not heated.

The beds were so comfortable. Location great as well. I have stay d at express before other cities and much say not too happy with my home town hotel.

The smell on the first floor. Breakfast that is included and reason we chose this place was not to satisfaction. Ran out of milk, food and pancake machine was a joke. They need a waffle maker . I had my grandkids w me and they didn't like it. Lady in charge of kitchen was very nice

The most important feature I look for whenever I am looking for a hotel is cleanliness. The room was impecable from what I can see. It absolutely met my expectations.

I was extremely and utterly disappointed at how filthy the pool water it looked murky. To make things worse, I believe there was a party going on and the pool was full of boys ranging from 7-9 years old diving in the water, running all around the pool and using gym facilities unattended. Therefore we didn’t Get a chance to use the pool, for those 2 reasons.

The price was affordable and providing breakfast in the morning was the tie breaker from other choices in the area. The room was so spacious and gave ample room for our kids to spread out.

I have picky eaters more options for kids regarding food. However it's hard to please kids, really.

It was clean and spacious. Close enough to locations we wanted to check out and staff was very friendly.

The elevator was down and we were on the third floor. The dryer wasnt working. Just a bit inconvenient but staff was a huge help with the dryer situation.

The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. I enjoyed the accommodations of the shower that provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and extra clean towels. The beds were very clean and super comfortable.

That I couldn't stay long enough there.

The breakfast was great the staff was wonderful and the location was great as well

The indoor pool could've been heated and the light inside the room could've worked the one by the door entrance but it didn't so it was dark at night right there

In the evening, I came back from gathering and there was NO parking. I had to park on the side street, and I was very uncomfortable leaving my vehicle, not in a secure place.

The breakfast was great, lots of options as well as some dairy free options for my son. The staff was so very friendly to make sure my family was at a clean table and had high chairs, etc.

The AC worked really good. And my kids were comfortable. The lady that said the breakfast out was really nice and respectful. Also the lady at the front office was very respectful.

My sheets didn't look clean. There were black marks on them. I don't think they change the sheets. I saw the cleaning lady in the Next room just I don't know if she was steaming the sheets or looking at them but it didn't look like she was changing the sheets. The chlorine in the pool was way too strong for us to enjoy the pool.
