The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Since it was just my young daughter and I the staff put me close to a door next to parking so I didn't have to carry our items so far. She also tried to get us as close to the room with my student athlete. The room was a good size and for the most part clean. Located within a short drive of many food and shopping areas as well as the HEB Park where we were attending a Tennis Tournament.

There was a slide under table that had clearly not been cleaned off. Easily cleaned off with antibacterial wipes I had. The keypads to some of the outside doors did not work, they said it was weather related which is understandable but still inconvenient.

The staff was super friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The rooms were clean and of good size.

The hallway carpet was stained. Some of the furniture was starting to come apart. There were no ADA rooms that were 2 queen rooms. The hotel was set back with a long driveway, which caused the hotel to seem sketchy. The driveway was not marked well, so it was confusing at first to get to the hotel.

Firstly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Secondly, the location was convenient and provided easy access to the local attractions and amenities. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and a range of amenities to make my stay more comfortable. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of facilities, such as a fitness center and restaurant, which added to the overall experience. Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant and exceeded my expectations, making it a memorable experience.

I didn;t like the internet and the level of lighting in the room.

Cleanliness and very friendly and accommodating staff.

No USB charger outlets in room. Remote controls tricky to use. Had to have someone from desk come get it to work upon check-in and then same thing happened in the morning. Could not get remote to work. Should keep things more simple. But we have stayed there before and will come back!

Very clean and comfortable beds. Also very cold room which I need to sleep.

I wish they had microwaves! I know it’s not a need but when you have kids it makes it easier on you. They do have a mini fridge though!

The property was clean they had a friendly staff member at the front desk and was able to make arrangements for a late arrival time with no problem.

Staff was not available when I got there I had to wait for her to come back to the front desk my wait was about 10 minutes then they didn’t have hand soap in the room

Nice staff and clean

Room to warm to sleep at night we left after the first night and drove home. They also did not clean the room after our first night (we check out about 7PM)

I like when I told the staff that I was getting married my bridesmaid would be coming to get the hair done in the morning they made it to where we got a room close to the door so we could come in and out so easily

We thought it was free breakfast.

Staff was never at the front desk. The room photo did not work. The batteries to the remote for tv did not work. The complementary water at the front tasted horrible. Front desk staff looked like she was wearing pajama bottoms. Very unprofessional to be a Marriot.

The Staff was exceptional! After returning home, I realized, I left a jacket. Spoke to Madison at the front desk, she guided me through instructions to have it returned. Jacket arrived yesterday & House keeping gets 5 stars too for turning it in. Very Appreciated!
