Everything was amazing, the staff was so helpful and always there to assist us, the rooms were extra spacious for a family of 4. We loved how there was 2 separate rooms, one as a living room, and one for the bedroom. The thing we enjoyed the most was the breakfast, and the snacks In the evening they put a variety of snacks to choose from, you also get soft drinks your meals and also they will give you a card to get 2 adults beverages a night. We loved that there was a indoor pool which my kids enjoyed the most and the hotel was 10 mins away from the beach. Overall it was an Amazing experience and me and my family will definitely be back. Thank you all to the staff there, you all were amazing.

Pro's: Great breakfast! Enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Clean hotel. Nice staff.

Con's: The carpets are dated & worn out & there was mold in the bathroom. The landline phones in the room both flashed red lights in the middle of the night both nights, for no reason. We were told "they're just old phones". Woke us both up in the middle of the night & couldn't get them to stop flashing so had to put a towel over them. There are a lot of banging sounds in the walls, like old pipes or something that are pretty loud & annoying. We still felt it was worth the money & had a nice time there.

Hotel was very nice. It was booking.com that was not good. I am a coach of a track team that went to run at the regional meet. We thought we did not have enough rooms so I booked a room, but found there was a room available for me. I called the hotel they said that it would be okay for me to get refunded for the room, but to let booking.com know. I went and sent a message to booking.com and never heard back. So I ended up paying alot for a room that was not needed.

Everything was great!! We stayed here because my daughter had a school softball tournament they were staying at Embassy so for convenience it was great. The staff were nice from the moment we checked in til it was time of check out. Breakfast was so good and the coffee was great! Clean room!

We weren’t using the sofa bed but once I sat down to put on my shoes the sofa has this strong smell as if someone had urinated on it. Other than that everything was great!

The staff was excellent, very attentive. The breakfast was perfect with many options, we had a full breakfast every morning. The evening reception was nice you got to enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks, plus they had an area where you could order food if you wanted.The rooms were a perfect size and provided enough space. Everything was clean in the room. My son even left his phone behind after checking out and housekeeping turned it in and I was notified and they mailed it out to us, I did pay for the shipping but it's the first time we have left something behind that was actually returned to us. I felt this was exceptional service!

Nothing major pool water was a bit cold but there was a hot tub to enjoy. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect for us as our main purpose for travel was fishing. It was also nice to be so close to a good selection of shopping and restaurants. The breakfast is always fantastic as well!

Really have little negative to say. The entire hotel could probably use a bit of an upgrade, and the rooms themselves are a bit outdated and well-worn (carpets stained, old fixtures, etc.), but for the price of the hotel I don't see these as a big deal.

We really liked that this hotel had a good variety of a free breakfast, drinks and snacks. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. It smelled clean from the very first time we walked through the doors.

Although this was a nice hotel, the rooms were dated with carpet and drab curtains. I think updating the rooms would really make this hotel better.

From the time we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the man behind the desk. He was so friendly. His name began with a J, maybe Jay, He was amazing. Checked us in quickly, gave us a great suggestion for dinner. The room was spacious and so comfortable. The pool area was so nice. Received a complimentary drink coupon upon arrival. I was just so pleased with his hotel.

Friendly staff. Very nice 5-7 relaxation with complimentary drinks and snacks. Very clean and inviting. Unbelievably great breakfast. Enjoyed a wonderfully made omelet and a wide array of breakfast. Bacon, sausage, potatoes and pancakes. Would highly recommend this hotel. Very enjoyable stay. Will definitely do it again at this place. Thanks

It was all great!

The two gentlemen working the front desk were so welcoming and friendly. They gave us complimentary drink vouchers and were so excited to have us there. We got to stay on the 3rd floor and it was quiet and comfortable over night. The room was clean and the environment was calm. I absolutely loved this trip and hope to be back and learn about the spa thing.

A little pricey for a one night stay but also worth It and would stay again.
