The two ladies that were at the front desk on 05.24.25 around noon that checked us in were amazing and very helpful after a mixup with them giving my room away and were supposed to credit me 100,000 points for the inconvenience.

I didn’t like the attitude and disrespect from Adrian upon me checking all because I asked for a copy of my receipt! I was told that he wouldn’t give me one because I didn’t pay the hotel directly. After asking so many times and being denied as a rewards member a requested paper copy receipt for records, my husband asked for business cards with the hotels information (Adrian denied us those) because the hotel doesn’t give out business cards and when my husband requested the general manager information he gave us the number number to the hotel and told me that all information I need can be found at that number! When I asked what his name was he stated his name and proceeded to be smart at the mouth saying if need help spelling it and was coming off very unprofessional

Location was good, next to a good shopping mall that seems to still be thriving. We enjoyed the Cheesecake factory at the mall, can walk there if you like. Parking was always available. Looks like they are about to install a beer tap in the dining area. Overall, quiet and clean, seems fairly new. They have a small area by the front desk to purchase snack items. Liked my view from 4th floor room. Staff is freiendly and helpful.

For some reason, the parking on the side of the building where the pool was located always filled up quickly in the late afternoon/evening. I'm guessing that's due to easiest, closest location to the elevator. But there is additional parking, but I like to be able to see my vehicle from the room. The elevators were a bit slow at times, especially when the staff was using the left elevator with the rear door. They have signs posted in the elevator to warn about the tempermental buttons, but I didn't have any issues. I didn't really check or ask, but seems like the stairs are off-limits unless actual emergency. I had to ask where the laundry room was since it was kind of hiding inside the gym/fitness area.

Good location , quiet enough to have a good rest , staff was very friendly, rooms have everything we can possibly need. Dislike : shower floors looked dirty , as a professional cleaner I know this is a fixable issue if you use the right cleaning product ( and brush instead of sponge ) to clean those kind of floors , we staid at the same hotel 2 days before at the McAllen Tx location and their floors were very clean ,they didn’t looked like the ones in Corpus Christi location, other then that , very good place to stay.

All of the Staff were so nice and helpful. Always willing to go above and beyond. Every area of this facility was clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nice hot shower with great water pressure. Breakfast was great each morning. Always a good selection .

Shower leaked onto the bathroom floor causing a good size puddle each time.

Property looked great and receptionist was very respectful and helpful. Informed me about everything a guest should know upon arrival. Room was very clean and equipped to assure a good stay. Being able to use their gym very late was also a plus.

Can’t think of anything other than maybe having a bigger breakfast bar since so many people enjoys their breakfast.

They have a good variety of products of breakfast items. They change some products every morning, which is a nice touch. I really liked the natural yogurt.

Some of the breakfast items, like fruit, weren't replenished, and the juice fountain was out of order for a few days, so that wasn't an option.

Breakfast was great. The room was comfortable and quiet. The price was definitely the reason that we stayed at that location.

You need to have Texas shaped waffles. The round waffles are OK, but Texas shaped waffles are better. I complained to the front desk, and was told that they could not order the better waffle plates. This may not seem like a big deal, but it is important to me.

the hotel and the rooms were very clean. the rooms were spacious and having a larger fridge was nice to have. the pull out couch is always nice with 4 kids!

wish we had a cook top to utilize the kitchen area better. the blankets on the beds were thin and uncomfortable.

Good location... less than 20 minutes from most major attractions. Very spacious room you with a partition that created a living room....with a full size fridge and even a dishwasher. Full size bath products. Very good breakfast selection and nice staff.

Nothing major...For a great spacious room, the bathroom door barely cleared the toilet when opening. The bathroom shower handle was loose and took a while to get it to closed.

Location was great, breakfast was good and lots of options. Room was super clean and well kept. Would definitely stay again!

Could use a little more tables at breakfast and have them more out of the way of the path and some apple juice. The bed was a bit firm for me but overall still great.
