The staff was very friendly and I liked how they allowed us to use the pool after hours as long as we kept the noise down. Every staff member I encountered was polite. The bed was very comfortable and we overslept because of it but that's a good thing. I would stay here again next time

You get what you pay for but considering we just needed a place to sleep. Door handle to the restroom came completely off when I turned it, shower wouldn't drain right away after showering and the lampshades in our room kept falling off but other than that our stay over the weekend was pleasant since we weren't really in the room much.

The place is close to club or event that night parking was limited when we returned from our event that night, had to wait for it to clear out to park

This hotel is a good value, great location, overlooked, and underrated. The pool was nice and inviting.

We did have to pay extra to be on the ground floor and they didn't seem busy. The shower had mildew but that can be expected at a humid, seasonal hotel.

The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were nice overall.. the staff are very nice and helpful...

The only problem I had staying here is that there was hair in the bath tub and crumbs in the bed .

The beds were super comfy! AC was already on! We got to check in an hour early no problems! Super clean! Great towels!

The front desk staff, all of them, barely said but a couple of words to me. Like...name? Do you have a reservation? Credit card...(when i checked out) okay... I would suggest adding Smiles, and basic greetings for guests coming and going. I believe Robots could have done the same job like a Kiosk check in and check out. That was the saddest part. Training is totally needed in that area. Also, the elevator was broken and 2 of the 3 ice machines were broken. And, you could tell where the smoking rooms were located because they smelled like Pot. But we were not near those rooms.

I checked out a day early due to emergency I came back asking for my room back and they didn’t hesitate at all to give me back the room access!

The beds were phenomenal... they were so comfortable. The management team was also very helpful and accommodating. If there was anything that was not to my liking, the front desk clerk wouldn't make a big deal about anything and before calling a manager to come and talk to me or any other customers about any issues or concerns, one of the managers would be there automatically without having being called over. The lady manager was named Dawn, she was so kind and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable during my stay there. And if for some reason she wasn't there, the gentleman Sonny which is also a manager there made sure to listen to any issues that I had to talk about and/or recommendations that I may have had never did they make me feel stupid like some hotel owners. The only complaint that I can say about this place is that the free breakfast could be bigger and have more of a selection. But then again it's a free breakfast that's more than red roof inn, motel 6, and all other motels around here, those places are higher in price,, horrible customer service, no breakfast, crappy beads, ugly small rooms, not centrally located like palm bliss, even the house keepers st palm bliss are so helpful and respectful. One of the biggest likes tho for me was their guaranteed to match anyone's price in Town. So my room rate was always satisfying.

The only thing I didn't like is that there was not a free hot breakfast offered yet, but I feel that they will start offering something real soon.

I liked that we did not have to pay until arrival, i liked how staff is remodeling and fixing up the buildings, i like how the pet fee was understandable low and not outrageously high. i really love how we access the rooms from the outside.. i also like how the 2 rooms next to me were not occupied so we could enjoy our stay.

You must try their Superior upgraded rooms on 1st floor. Beds are like from Heaven. Perfect location for Corpus Christi right in center on restaurants, shopping malls and few mins on the beach. Staff is very sweet. Rate was awesome compare to any hotels on SPID as a best value. Love their lamp shades very unique.

They could charge more and add more to breakfast.

Very very kind people working there. They go above and beyond for you! I would definitely stay here again.
