The room was clean, with "super cold" air and plenty of towels. We brought two dogs which the hotel allows. The breakfast was exceptional: fruit, yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs (scrambled and hard boiled), sausage, oatmeal, cereals, apple and orange juice and milk. Breads for toasting. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. They sell drinks at the front when the dining room is closed. They also have a filtered water machine that you can fill your drink bottles with, and the water is so good!!! They have an indoor pool with a shower to rinse off and a gym. The rooms have a refrigerator but not a microwave. Our room had two double beds and a sofa bed. Rooms are spacious! We had two dogs cages with us for a large and medium dog. The staff works very hard to make your stay enjoyable. Check-in and check-out is a breeze! We will definitely stay here again. It's not close to the beach, but it checked all the boxes when it came to allowing pets, breakfast and an indoor pool. Hopefully, when you decide on making a trip to Corpus Christi, this review will help you make your decision, you will not be disappointed.

It would be nice to have a microwave in the room and the pet station did not have bags for waste. We did bring our own, though.

The staff was friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, and comfortable. The sofa gave us extra bedding for our children. The pool was fresh, and clean too. Breakfast was included, which made it a great deal for us!

Breakfast was super early (6:30-9am). I saw many guests miss the time and leave with a sad face. The breakfast could have been better, but it was fair, since it was included with the stay. There was coffee, hard boiled eggs, as well as scrambled (boxed) eggs, sausage links, country potatoes, bread and bagels to toast, cereals, oatmeal packets, some fruit and juices, milk and water. Unfortunately, the cream cheese cup I grabbed had mold inside. I handed it to the manager at the front desk.

The Non Smoking, Breakfast was delicious, Room Very Clean quiet and the Pool. The location was also very close to everything.

What I didn't like is that when I booked the room online, I went ahead and paid for it. When I got to the Hotel the staff told me that they needed a deposit of $100 so I gave her my debit card and she said it was only for the deposit. So the following day when I checked my bank account you guys had charge me the room which it was already paid for with another credit card. Then the same female staff said she will fix it, and she charge me twice a total of $700+. My bank charged me late fee because I had no money at the time. They did return my money back but when I got home, I checked, and they charged me $200+ because they cancel my previous payment and charge it to my bank account, so I was stuck with 2 fees in my bank account.

I love the design of the hotel. The lobby and rooms are so modern. The beds and pillows are so comfy. The location of the hotel is perfect with plenty of places to eat nearby. It also has a bar and a water bottle filler in the lobby.

The hotel seemed to be falling apart. My toilet was not level and rattled every time I used it, the tile in the bathroom was all cracked and old looking, the comforter had a stain on it, I felt like the hotel has not been well maintained.

The breakfast staff was very attentive. They were prompt in replacing items that were low in stock. The person cleaning the tables was very kind he came to check on us multiple times. He ensured the trash cans had enough room. The cleaning lady's were very respectful and had an eye for detail. Loved walking in to a clean room.

The lobby, elevators, and hallways were extremely hot I think the temperature was set at 84 degrees. The lobby also had a ton of huge mosquitos. The ice machine did not have any ice while we were there.

The staff was very friendly. Loved the location. Not too far from the beach. Lots of food to choose from very close. Shampoo, conditioner, and body are provided on the wall of the shower. The water pressure was amazing. Loved the indoor pool.

The only thing was the ice machine on our floor wasn't working, so we had to go up or down a level to get ice. I don't mind walking. That was the only thing. Everything else was great.

The staff is amazing, breakfast was tasty and different everyday. I loved how clean and cozy the room was. Everything was seriously over the top amazing. I never had to worry about anything they had plenty of staff members that were more than welcoming to any issue/question we had.

The indoor pool was too cold. Even though the room it was in was warm the water just never warmed up. Causing us to hardly use the pool and that’s one of the reason why I chose the hotel.

We were looking for a room to accommodate three adults in a family. This facility offered the perfect room to meet our needs. The rooms was spacious and has two queen beds plus a sofa bed that was big and comfortable when pulled out. We also liked the other furniture arrangement in the room. I specifically liked the well-designed half screen that divides the sleeping area (the queen beds) and living area (sofa) during the day and provides the feel of privacy for the sofa bed at night. We also liked the breakfast which was included. Overall a very comfortable stay for our family

What did I like... everything! First off, Valerie at the front desk was AWESOME! Very helpful and professional. She went beyond expectations and accommodated us perfectly, made us feel at home. The whole facility and staff were great and definitely will stay there again when in town. The room was very good size, comfortable and clean for my family. The breakfast was very good, fresh and hot.

The property was great. Clean and very comfortable

The front desk clerk was not able to check me in. I had to Wait for 20 minutes so she could find my reservation. She did not know how to navigate the system. She was nice and apologized and promised to waive the pet fee of $75.00 but did not write it down or enter it in the system. Now the manager is telling me that they can’t waive the pet fee.
