The rooms are functional, clean and the beds are comfortable. The is conveniently located. The staff are friendly and helpful. The whole stay was great.

As we have stayed at this hotel for around a month the only thing that I would change is to possibly mix up the breakfast options as there generally was only a choice of sausages and eggs every day. Bacon one day and sausages the next would have been nice.

We enjoyed our stay, and the room size was great for my family to come and discuss what we needed to finalize. The sitting area is nice because you never want to always have to sit on the bed. We are finalizing my mom's estate and dealing with funeral arrangements, so it was so easy here. Bit shout out to the afternoon/evening check in lady. Sorry cannot remember her name but she is always so friendly.

Wish that there was more bacon instead of link sausage, but we can deal with it.

Polite, professional and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The beds sit pretty high. 72 year old mother couldn’t get into bed. The manager went out and bought a step stool to help! That was amazing! Breakfast was hot and fresh. Property was clean and decorated for TAMUCC graduation.

Pool was kind of small and no clean towels available, but still great.

Perfect location ,great customer service,not to far from the beach,super cold was a plus ,smelled clean as soon as you walk in,got my rooms super fast ,bed and pillows so comfortable breakfast was an A+ and security guard watching vehicles I will definitely come back !

Parking too small

Room size was great and check-in was easy. The breakfast was very good - plenty of options available. we stayed just one night as we were helping our daughter move into college at TAMUCC. This hotel is very close to the college so I'd definitely recommend particularly for families visiting their college kids. The hotel including the room was clean and comfortable; staff was efficient and friendly

OUR STAY WAS EXCEPTIONAL...SPACIOUS AND VERY COMFY. PLENTY OF PILLOWS AND LOTS OF SPACE GIVING IT A VERY HOMELY FEEL! STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND THERE WAS AN EXCELLENT VARIETY FOR THEIR FREE BREAKFAST! WILL DEFINATELY STAY HERE AGAIN, AND HIGHLY RECOMEND IT TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY! LOCATION WAS ALSO GREAT, BEING SO CLOSE TO THE SCHOOL AND DOWN TO THE BEACH!!!

The keys did not work consistently. We parked on the side and was locked out with other visitors. We constantly had to go get keys program because the keys would not work at the room doors or entries. This was a real inconvenience because when trying to load the car we would go back to the room and have to come back to the front desk to get back in the room several times

We usually stay here or another property, the location is great. Just a short drive to the beach, Bayfront, or food and shopping while not having to deal with a lot of traffic. It's always decent when we stay here.

The restrooms need an upgrade and some vents, you can tell thw building is starting to age.

A very comfortable hotel with great restaurants nearby including one within a short walk. Ten minutes' drive from the longest beach in Texas.

Great location. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Adequate lighting and access to plug in chargers. Loved the sofa area and size of the room. Breakfast was good.
