The hotel is great - they upgraded us for free and gave us a wonderful room! The main thing is that it is very clean, the cosmetics have an incredible aroma, good breakfast and dinner! We recommend it 100%!

✨ A peaceful gem in the Dolomites – even for a short stay ✨ We only stayed one night at Suàn Hotel in Ziano di Fiemme, but it left a lasting impression. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome — so kind, attentive, and thoughtful in every interaction. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains in the distance that added such a peaceful touch to our evening. Dinner was absolutely delicious — full of flavor and clearly prepared with care. We also really appreciated the wellness area: the included spa and jacuzzi were the perfect way to relax before bedtime. Everything was clean, serene, and beautifully maintained. Another small but great detail: parking was super easy, right in front of the hotel, which made our arrival and departure stress-free. Thank you, Suàn Hotel, for your warmth and hospitality. Even with just one night, we felt refreshed and well cared for. We hope to return one day for a longer stay! 💛

The hotel has a good location if You are travelling by car. No any difficulties with parking near the hotel. The rooms are modern, comfortable, extremely clean. Super. Good, tasty and quite varied breakfasts. But the most important value is the incredible staff! This is the highest level of hospitality, friendliness and service. Every day of the stay will be wonderful thanks to the people working at the reception and in the restaurant!

We stayed two nights for hiking. Location is very good for us, one day we hiked in passo rolle and the other day we hiked in latemar, only half an hour drive from hotel. Staff are very nice! Room has great views!

We booked superior room with balcony, but the bathroom we didn’t like, it’s out of date and not the same as the pictures showed. The shower area is sooo small and water not so big.

The location is grate for visiting Stelvio. Staff was very nice and helpful. Next time we will come back.

Reception workers are the best! The room was pretty clean and in a good condition . One of the best hotels I’ve ever been from the point of view working with guests. And sauna was great. Wellness room is a big positive surprise. My recommendation to visit this hotel.

Great location for skiing, 8 mins drive from Latemar ski lift, free parking, quite place. SUPER friendly and welcoming team, made us feel at home. Pet friendly.

Superb breakfast and staff

There is nothing I did not like. Just a suggestion maybe they create a small safe area for motorcycle parking. Though worth mentioning they offer great parking area for cars and parking area is very quite.

Very nice hotel staff! Polite helpful people! delicious and fresh food. Very good location, a few minutes walk to the small center. For sure if we have the opportunity to visit Ziano, we will return to this hotel.
