This hotel is great. Right near the runway.. yes you hear and watch the planes take off and land, but at night not an issue and very good soundproofing. The hotel is beautifully appointed. Lovely big rooms, overlooking pool and airport. The pool is wonderful. The communal area is great, with a pool table, bar, lovely sandstone walls, outside balcony for eating and drinking. Lovely staff. Dinner is offered, pasta, which is very good. Very good prices for a hotel. The free shuttle bus is a bonus and fantastic. We had a 6am flight and no problem taking us at 4 am in shuttle, even gave us a croissant and coffee/tea before we left. Great service. I would definitely stay here again for an overnight stay when leaving airport next day.

Just be aware.... the property is not open at all until 1530 hours. You cannot enter and leave bags and no shuttle until then, so don't get there early as nowhere really to fill in time.

The host was exceptionally friendly. She even offered to have coffee/tea with croissants for us very early, as we had an early flight. The facility is very clean and they had an elevator, which was important to us. The property is very close to the airport. They have a lovely pool which we couldn't use as we arrived late and left early. They also have an airport shuttle, which we didn't use as we returned our rental that morning.

They only have a few parking spots, which you must reserve, so we had to park on the street, which wasn't a problem as it's in a very quiet neighborhood. The bed was very low for us, as my husband has two knee replacements.

This was actually my second stay, as I stayed at the property a few days earlier when I arrived to Palermo. The big draw to this property was a free airport shuttle and that worked out perfectly both times. When I arrived to the airport I called the property and the driver arrived in 10 minutes. Next morning they also drove me back to the airport to catch a train to Palermo. When I arrived back again, the same thing - I called them when on the airport, they arrived in 10 minutes, and the next day - very early in the morning - they drove me back to the airport to catch my flight. They even offered to make me breakfast and coffee before I leave (the breakfast I had on my first stay was so-so, but the coffee was very good), no matter that it was very early - an offer which I refused, though I did avail myself to the free coffee in the room :). As for rooms, they really exceeded my expectations - better than in many hotels that I've been to! The first room had a hot tub but I couldn't use it because it requires a one-day advanced reservation (take notice if that interests you!), but no matter, the room was huge and with the private entrance to the shared pool (which, unfortunately, I didn't have time to use). The second room was smaller but also very very nice and with a huge balcony which I enjoyed during my stay. So, I was very happy overall with both my one-night stays!

A relaxing and comfortable stay after our flight to Sicily. We booked this property for the location and shuttle service offered after arriving to Palermo Airport. The shuttle service was fantastic to the property, only 8 minutes away. We arrived late in the evening and being overtired read the instructions wrong as to the pickup area. (Make sure you look for the exit that has Yellow on the doors). The staff were very kind and we simply waited for the next shuttle. They also upgraded our room for no extra charge which was a lovely surprise. The room we had was really clean and very comfortable, with access to the pool right from the bedroom of the apartment. We only booked one night but this could be a really relaxing stay if you were finishing your trip to Sicily, stay an extra day so you can have a swim in the beautiful pool! It is surrounded by the mountains and felt like a lovely retreat with all the wildlife that flocks to the garden areas, even with the airport so close by. Breakfast was also lovely with lots of fresh fruit to get us ready for a big day of travelling.

The only thing that could be an issue in this room is the location of the shower if you’re not a couple. I stayed with my mum and we gave each other privacy but it is seperate to the toilet and the door is glass, but the photos of the rooms make this fairly obvious.

This is a unique place, with a fully converted lower floor (and perhaps other areas too) and a large outdoor yard/pool/lounge area. They provided a shuttle to the airport at 4am - and when too many people needed the shuttle, they hired a driver to take us over. We felt odd asking for an early shuttle but it's quite common with 5/6/7 a.m. flights out of Palermo. They ALSO sent the shuttle to get us from the airport the day before we left when we returned our rental car. All for free / included. We were very glad to spend our final night outside of Palermo and close to the airport.

The breakfast was a bit minimal and sadly the coffee was not that great. The downstairs is only accessible via elevator (or the long stairs outside if you leave the balcony door open). This can cause issues if you trigger the elevator stop feature and they have to flip the breaker to reset it (not us, but we saw it happen).

Great location, very near to the airport, if you have a really late flight. We called the hotel when we arrived at the airport and a shuttle bus arrived within 10 mins to take us to the hotel. Check in was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly and professional. Room was lovely. Large, with a shower and jacuzzi bath. Fridge was stocked with treats, which you could purchase. Breakfast was continental style. Next morning the shuttle bus returned us to the airport where we were able to collect our car hire. Would definitely stay again.

Thankfully we arrived late in the evening and we were very tired, so slept through the noise of planes landing and taking off. You are very close to the airport, so if you are a light sleeper you may want to bring earplugs. There was a pool but it had not been cleaned. Maybe because it was out of season? April 2025. Not a problem for us because we had not planned to go swimming. Parts of the garden /patio area looked like a building site. I suppose you could look at it as the hotel was making improvements? Even with all the above issues, we wouldn’t be put off staying there again because it was just a night stop over for us, and worked very well for our needs.

The Villa is ideally placed for getting to and from Palermo Falcone-Borsellino Airport which is actually 35Km from Palermo centre itself. We had a lot of useful prior communication from the multilingual staff and, on arrival, they offered to collect us from our car drop-off point which was most helpful. The hotel is not near any restaurants but they did offer us a supper, which was delicious and a great price. Also, I think they cater for all diets, judging by what we saw served to others. The rooms are very clean and with all you need and the beds are superbly comfortable. I was worried about planes flying over at night, but I slept like a baby as it was quiet. Outside the garden is very pretty with the bonus of a pool! Lovely for an evening swim. Breakfast is simple but they offer choices and the food is fresh. In the morning we were taken to the airport in the shuttle bus which is complimentary. It was very quick and efficient and is an added bonus to your stay. All in all we had a very good stay here and would highly recommend this comfortable little hotel.

We liked the coffee but it could have been better as unusually it was not that strong for Sicily!

The attentiveness and communication of Serena, Gabriele, and Allessio was terrific. They arranged a shuttle from the airport after I dropped my rental care car off at the Palermo airport. Apparently, the shuttle was delayed so Gabriele arranged for his aunt to pick us up in her private car so we would not have to wait. Additionally, all were wonderful representatives of the establishment. The bed was the most comfortable bed during our 14 days in Sicily, the shower was awesome, the jacuzzi tub was an added bonus and the proximity to the airport very convenient for our last night in Sicily.

This was a gorgeous little hotel. Great care has been taken to make the rooms modern, beautiful and spacious. The bed was super comfortable with a lovely soft leather padded headboard. There was a little fridge stocked with snacks and beverages for purchase. My husband was most impressed with the multifunctional shower head. It was lucky he ever stopped showering. We had a large private lanai with a view of the pool and comfy furniture. The staff also stood out. They went above and beyond to serve us and meet our needs. Breakfast was a variety of pastries, croissants, sandwiches, fruit and cereal. They also have a free airport shuttle which we didn’t use as we had a car. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely nothing.

Very good location, super close to the airport, and very convenient in case you have an early flight. The host was very kind to us, upgrading our room for free and making us feel at home! The room was comfortable, clean and with direct access to the garden.

It was only for one night, so we didn't have enough time to enjoy the facilities (swimming pool, garden, jacuzzi in the room). We will certainly return on a future opportunity with more time to enjoy this great hotel.
