Room and view were most excellent! Bath was very good, and accommodations were good. All very clean, and host was very hospitable! Location was away but not too far from loud and crowded downtown. Landscaping was gorgeous surrounded by tall Teak trees and orchids on all.

The room was comfortable and clean; the shower was hot; and the breakfast was delicious. Plus, you have a great view of the Mekong River while you eat.

While some rooms do have a great view of the river and of Laos, the room we had did not. The view was blocked by the trees.

Location away from crowds of walking street. Views of Mekong River and surroundings. Breakfast was more robust than other hotels offering such. Staff was helpful and responsive to requests.

Signage entering from either direction is needed. We realize raos isn't very wide, but any visual helpers would be helpful. Especially at night coming from almost total darkness to entrances. All in all, we'd stay again in the future.

Beautiful location along the Mekhong, great parking for motorcycle or car. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast above the Mekhong. We shall return

Not a dislike, but it's slightly remote, no restaurants within walking distance but staff arranged Tuk Tuk for 8km journey to town.

I didn't like that the breakfast restaurant was closed, but we bought breakfast in town and eat it on the balcony with the beautiful view and that worked too:)
