The room is very clean, bright and modern. The elevator system is very good it's not slow at all. The infinity pool and the gym are clean and there are attendants to help you if you need. The drinks at floor 42 are good and reasonable compared to other 5 star hotels in other cities.

Since this is both an apartment and a hotel the doormen keep asking if you stay in the apartment or hotel. We have hoped they will know our faces but no this happens everytime we go in. The hotel has not finished construction so sometimes it can be noisy in the afternoon when they're fixing things next to our room.

The staff were great, especially Nga. I was not feeling well and even though she was not working, she arranged food for me and kept checking in. Knowing you have someone looking out for you while alone in another country is absolutely priceless.

I didn't do enough research beforehand. The beach is public so there is almost no beach services like loungers, cabanas etc. The trade off is I got a very quiet beach holiday. The shower head was too close to the shower door and the bathroom floor would be wet everytime I showered.

In short, everything was PERFECT! They even upgraded me from a bayview room to a larger oceanview room, free of charge. The room was modern, spotless and spacious. The bed was like heaven and the view from my private balcony was spectacular. The rooftop bar was beautiful overlooking the ocean. Perfect for a cheeky beer ;) with 2 for 1 happy hour at sunset. The staff, and Dat in particular went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay even helping with restaurant recommendations and helping me book my onward train to Nha Trang. Maybe the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Execllent.

The shower was a little bit complicated haha... but the hot water was good :)

It's new, it's very well located and overall, the facilities are on par with what one expects of a 5 star beach-side hotel. The rooms are of a generous size and are well appointed. Best of all, is the team - always happy to assist most of whom have a good command of the English language. A special thank you to Nga Nguyen, who went out of her way to help us in many regards.

Being a new hotel, there are some teething issues to be sorted out. But where we encountered a problem, it was minor and was attended to quickly. Not all facilities were operational during our 4 night stay, but again, I believe management will sort everything very soon.

The location was good — and the view from the 39th floor was breathtaking.

The staff were very impersonal and showed very little interest in making our stay more enjoyable. The room fridge did not keep the contents cold and the shower drainage was problematic. The breakfast (for such an exorbitant price) was very mediocre - I have had much better at 3 star hotels (for considerably less) so this was disappointing. Staff need to raise their game.

Location was perfect across the road from the beach & cafes . We loved the decor & setting of the rooftop breakfast restaurant & choice of foods & service was great. Pool area was well designed & we enjoyed a complimentary foot massage in the spa. The receptionist Min( Huyen) & Kinh were very helpful with local tours & any other information we needed. Our room had a great view of the sweeping beach. Would thoroughly recommended this hotel.

We liked everything about this hotel its very clean.The rooms are big with a great side view of the ocean.The staff at the front desk go out of their way.Helped us booking a bus to Hanoi etc.The pool area is out of this world.Never made it to level42 as there was an event on international women's day.

Quy Nonhn is not set up for tourism at all.The beach is lovely.There is not much to see and do.If you are pushed for time skip the destination.

Lovely and luxurious new hotel near the beach. Our room was very modern and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they gave us great advice and helped us to rent a bike. I can strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend the weekend in Quy Nhon.

The staff were so helpful and professional. I travelled with my mum who is 74 years old and staff offered us a late checkout so my mum can rest before our afternoon flight. I am so grateful for their offer. Things I love: view from our room and restaurant. A la cart food and drinks from the restaurant.

Room for improvement: breakfast was too busy so we didn’t feel like a holiday time. Food has good number of options but not so tasty. Lobby area wasn’t looking as nice as a 5-star standard.

For the price this is an amazing hotel! Room was the size of an apartment, great views and we loved the bath! The fitness centre, pool and spa was perfect, especially as it rained while we were there. Hotel had everything you needed.

The restaurant is overpriced and portions were tiny (shrimp tacos were microscopic!!), would recommend just having a drink at the rooftop bar and eating elsewhere.
