Modern Masseria, with lovely heated pool. Massage in the wellness centre was very good. Two of the staff who served breakfast and dinner provided excellent service. Overall food was good but eggs were hit and miss at breakfast. Room was a decent size and cleaned every day. Nice local village with a supermarket, very good take away pizza and few other food options.

One of the worst check-in experiences I’ve had. No sign for reception and then pointed to pajaro which is totally impractical as a reception space. Admin staff were not particularly friendly. Single bed in room was more suitable for children than an adult. Service was hit and miss when the two people who knew what they were doing were not there or when it was very busy at breakfast / dinner. All for use of technology but big reliance on WhatsApp for interaction which got a bit tiresome. One of the admin staff was friendly and made an effort to speak to guests but the rest not so much. It could get very windy at the pool which didn’t have a lot of shelter so inside area was best option at times. Wine choice limited to wines produced by Masseria.

This Masseria is beautiful! A beautiful heated pool area surrounded by greens and trees. We loved the tranquility especially at night. it’s only 10 min drive to Lecce so we combined the two experiences. Breakfast was excellent, served in a modern designed dining area, offering products they grew and raised in the farm.

Apparently we didn’t order breakfast. We were not informed that the breakfast invitation that we received in the check-in, if offered for an extra charge. We really enjoyed the breakfast, so we didn’t mind to add the breakfast fee, but we were only informed on this extra on our check-out. BE AWARE.

My stay at Masseria-Argo Resort was exceptional, feeling more like a luxurious hotel with its high standards. The cleanliness, staff hospitality, and attentiveness were remarkable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the crisp, clean white towels were changed daily. The breakfast was abundant, and the option to book dinner with a varied menu was a delightful addition.

Everything went smoothly, with the only minor inconvenience being a slightly weak Wi-Fi connection.

We have stayed here several times and it is always amazing. The heated pool is a huge bonus, we have a house in Puglia and during the autumn, winter and spring it is fantastic to come here and have this facility. The staff are super-friendly and kind, they can't do enough for you. The rooms are beautiful, immaculately clean and the breakfast is very good. The location is also fantastic, walking distance to a lovely village with a few nice restaurants.

There isn't much I would change about Rifisa! My only small thing is that it would be nice to have a dressing gown in the room for all guests, which I believe is only for spa guests - but this is a minor point!

We were on our honeymoon and truly enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere of the hotel and its surroundings. The staff know how to give amazing service, the room was very big, the breakfast had a huge spread and the heated pool was incredible. It was very hard for us to check out as we didn't really want to leave.

A few small things to note: 1. It was very hot in our room - it had an air conditioning but only during the summer months can it be on cooling mode (apparently what heats the pool also determines the mode of the AC unit). 2. Charging 5 Euros for a robe - should be free of charge. 3. We were on our honeymoon and received no complimentary gift like we'd been given at other properties.

An amazing place! we loved it! the place itself is amazing, the room was spacious, clean and perfect for the four of us. The pool is great, with a lot of surrounding green spaces and the food is just delicious - we had all the lunch and dinner meals at Masseria and it was amazing, and for lunch we could just order it by whatsapp and have it by the pool. The staff is so nice and helpful! The Masseria is also 10/15 min from Lecce and around 25min from the near beaches.

The top feature of the Masseria is the heated pool. We were there in April, we knew the pool was heated, but getting a pool at 33°C is a surprise. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel has a good mood slowing you down to just relax and enjoy. Take a bottle of wine and read a book in front of the pool (between the times you are in there). You can also take dinner in the Masseria, which is a nice service. The dinner is nothing special, you can get better value for money in the village, but it's a comfort if you don't want to go searching or arrive late. (you need to book upfront but they ask you over Whatsapp). Good place to make trips to Otranto, Torre dell Orso, Galipoli, Lecce, ... (but you want to be back early to relax :-)).

The pool is maybe too hot, 29°C would probably still do the trick for almost everybody and is more ecological.

Loved the staff, the facilities, heated pool for the kids in May was perfect, the food was excellent, this place is clean, well maintained, spacious, great location, visited their farm animals which was nice experience, loved the fruit trees, would come back if I could :)

The hotel was lovely. The pool was warm and quiet with beautiful views. Drinks bought to the pool side. Breakfast was good value for money at €10 each with lots of homemade options. Good location for exploring the area.

The village was very small but there was a nice restaurant called Il Viszo del Barone ten minutes walk away which was popular with locals.

Really enjoyed the evening meals provided as the local town did not seem to have many other eating places. This saved the need to drive further to find somewhere to eat. The restaurant food was excellent as were the breakfasts. Really nice pool.

More shade could be provided around the pool area - it was extremely hot when we stayed.
