We only stayed one night but it was a fantastic experience. The spa and outdoor pool were excellent, the green surroundings were beautiful, and the facilities were top notch. Great bar, a nice selection of restaurants with high quality food, and an amazing breakfast. The staff were very friendly and overall it was excellent value for money. We had a short but wonderful stay and we will definitely be coming back.

The hotel is not new and in some areas it shows its age — a light renovation would be welcome. Our room was quite basic, so next time I might choose a higher category. Still, considering the overall facilities and service, the value for money is good, and these small flaws are easy to overlook.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It's really relaxing. I love the spa elements - pools and saunas. It has ample space and a wide variety for a spa. Breakfast is great.

I can't think of anything. I look forward to returning to this hotel every time I visit Bavaria.

The constructions which were some times noisy.There was every evening a smell of cows from the close fields.

Almost everything. Breakfast is vast and excellent. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Good service everywhere. Great wellness, with a lovely heated pool outside. Good restaurants with Bayern, and French specialties.

The small fitness room is not in balance with the other facilities.

The breakfast is amazing, the spa is excellent, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the lobby bar was pretty cool as well. The cleaning staff was very thoughtful. The kids got a variety of sweets on Halloween, they were so happy :)

Nothing to complain about

A wonderful spa-hotel where we spent four nights. Beautiful pool area, inside and outside, with different water temperatures ranging from 25 to 35 degrees. All staff were very polite and helpful at all times. The room service was quicker than I could imagine and the food was excellent. The breakfast was great and open until 11:30.

it was our 5th or 7th time there, which speaks for itself .. we usually stay there if we plan an overnight stop on our drive back to Switzerland... the main attraction are the waters...the combination of various pools, baths and saunas...hot, cold, mineral, together with excellent relaxation facilities and support services, and all under one roof makes the hotel a real gem. breakfast adds to the overall good feeling of the place. selection and quality of the products, as well as the service are at a very high level.

the sauna and baths area was closed for reconstruction which took away a big part from the pleasure of staying...the additionally installed barrel-sauna was a good try, but a poor substitute to the closed facilities...No compensation was offered to regular visitors to sweeten the deficiency.
