Was able to book in late Zug hatte verspätung.all streets sign posted can wslk to city centre with in minutes can catch bus to Memmingen its €4:50 one way takes while theres chemist lovely lady helped me find some things gave me trial pack.fresh air keys are on wall to left as you come in if you given a code labelled.there are maps around town too.icant say much about staff i didnt see them i booked in emergency.fridge no iron.i preger doors here in germany rock solid.curtains blocked out light enough .my light at bedside didnt work though but i wasnt there long enough just get couple hours sleep its €35euro for taxi j was charged.

Rooms where comfortable and clean with basic but OK breakfast

This hotel looks like mainly run from remote, so the only staff member we met was the breakfast lady. We got a key code by sms before arrival. It felt a bit impersonal but if you don’t mind that is not a problem

Fridge in the room. Good breakfast selection.

Wi-Fi did not work very well when everyone was in in the evening. It’s a smart TV and so I was using Disney+ however, the connection would lapse and I wouldn’t be able to watch the rest of the programme. No tea/coffee facilities in the room.

The ladies at breakfast and cleaning service were extraordinarily lovely, comprehensive and even gave us a bit of free extra time to keep preparing properly our long trip with more coffee, even when they should have closed the breakfast service. Top ladies!

Well, the room wasn't very big

The hotel was right in the middle of the town which was a very beautiful town. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast very tasty with very good choice. The building was kept incredible clean but this is the future of hotels, no staff but keys in key locks.

Easy check in, comfortable room, nice and clean, perfect value to accommodate our family. Not that our kids are teenagers. We have to always pay for two rooms but they’re 13 so we don’t like them too far away from us and we were all co-located in a suite. Perfect!

the Wi-Fi was too bad, could not to connect to it. it wasn’t easy to find your room without symbols as only the self check in was available

The hotelroom I was given was not cleaned after the last person but I was given than a double room. Nice.

Arriving tired and seeing that dirty room. Internet was poor and only two channels on the tv

Breakfast was just what I wanted. Entry code by WhatsApp is an excellent idea. Much easier than looking through emails.

I would have liked a bedside light and the tap in the bathroom didn't run as quickly as I would have liked. Larger bowls at breakfast would have been good. I needed 3 for my cereal.
