Wonderful location and exceptional service and care to detail from staff at reception. Ibi was a super host, friendly, kind and very knowledgeable about the hotel and town. He made us feel at home and was very accommodating with his time and drink recommendations- a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was very nice with an excellent choice and good service

Overpricing due to festival was a tad zealous on behalf of owners who obviously rely on season to rake in triple rate

The location was perfect. Staff was very friendly. The room, for three adults, was a decent size.

The bed was a little too soft and I think the carpet could do with a replacement. Coffee and water wasn't replaced but was provided when we asked for it. Still, on the whole, it was a pretty good stay.

It was central very convenient near the train station. We enjoyed a very nice dinner at the restaurant.

We arrived around two hours early. We understand that the rooms might not be ready but receptionist was rough with us with a NO and we had to go out in the freezing weather until it was time to check in. A bit of kindness and hospitality takes you a long way!

it is a hidden gem in the middle of nowhere! we were worried we have made a mistake when we kept driving thru farm roads with tiny little villages and ended up in one of the smallest of all! but to our surprise we found a great place to rest and relax yet able to be in contact. great Wi-Fi! Excellent breakfast ! Freshly baked rolls, and awesome selection, didn’t know when to stop ! ☺️

we arrive on a holiday and unfortunately there was nothing to purchase as a snack or drink, maybe a vending machine would be a good addition? We had a great lunch and some water and snacks, so it was ok!

We stayed at this hotel overnight due to a flight delay. The room was very spacious, and the beds were comfortable, which made it easy to get some rest after a long day.

There was a noticeable moldy smell in the room, which was unpleasant. The hotel itself feels outdated and could use some renovations to freshen it up.

The hotel is in the old building with the character. It is located right in the centre of Memmingen. The room is clean, the staff is nice, the breakfast is fabulous. The parking (hotel's private) is right around the corner and is inexpensive, which is very convenient.

1. Unfortunately, hotel with the character comes with the flip side: you enter the building and feel a smell of really old apartment and old furniture. 2. Wifi is open / not secure. For 2023 this is rather substandard.

During our three days stay we were very pleased with everything, the rooms, the service and the staff. The staff is very friendly and ready to help you with anything. The rooms were quite spacious and very clean, plus they take really good care of the environment which was a huge plus. In particular I want to thank Ibi for his kindness he showed on our last night. It was quite late and we ordered from McDonalds as we just wanted to eat and go to bed. We made the order and the payment online through an app but the order never came even though we waited for more than 1 hour. We asked the reception if they can call them and check for our order. When Ibi understood that they were not going to bring us our delivery, he confronted the woman on the phone. Furthermore, he refused to let us go to bed without eating, so he himself made us an extraordinary dinner at 12:00 am. We were amazed by his kindness! Definitely going back there!

The location was amazing, very helpful receptionist, we had an early flight but the room was ready hours before check in time, breakfast was very good. The room was spacious.

It was very hot in the restaurant. One of the staff members was a bit rude.

It is a good hotel, old building, a little outdated interiors but good overall. In my opinion too expensive for a small town. The parking was included and in the Hotel parking lot. The breakfast was good, especially the bread. The scrambled egg needs improvement.
