Breakfast excellent. Location perfect though hard to reach in car. Reception staff on my arrival very helpful and patient. Car park a bonus but shouldn’t really involve additional charge.

I had dinner. My rosti came with NUTS and not chanterelles as on the menu. Delicious but not what I ordered. I worry that chanterelles may be a mistranslation. Or had the kitchen run out of them. Fortunately I am not allergic to nuts but this could have been dangerous. Waiting staff were very nice. I didn’t complain at the time.

Wonderful location and exceptional service and care to detail from staff at reception. Ibi was a super host, friendly, kind and very knowledgeable about the hotel and town. He made us feel at home and was very accommodating with his time and drink recommendations- a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was very nice with an excellent choice and good service

Overpricing due to festival was a tad zealous on behalf of owners who obviously rely on season to rake in triple rate

The staff was super helpful, the day I stayed at the hotel was probably the hottest day of the month and when requested if I can be allocated an AC room, the staff obliged and gave me one. Smooth check-in at 1030 PM in the night is something which I have seldom seen in bigger cities, but this was a delight! Breakfast - Typical European menu - very simple spread, what can you expect for nearly a tenner ?

Comfy bed, very good breakfast, small but cosy and clean room, a bit smaller shower. Great for a walk in the city centre, and 5mins walk from the train and bus station, which was great for a trip with Flixbus. Good wifi without any issues, I also used the table for working and there was a kettle available in the room. Available parking spaces across the street.

Location is amazing, walking distance to some nice cafes and heart of the city. I did not have breakfast and would recommend eating out in the vicinity you can find some good brunch options. We had a late checkin and hotel staff were accommodating, provided info about taxi fares and the day after even called a taxi on our behalf. Great service!

Unfortunately we did not tried breakfast at the hotel.Our taste are completely different from those available.

The location was perfect. Staff was very friendly. The room, for three adults, was a decent size.

The bed was a little too soft and I think the carpet could do with a replacement. Coffee and water wasn't replaced but was provided when we asked for it. Still, on the whole, it was a pretty good stay.

It was central very convenient near the train station. We enjoyed a very nice dinner at the restaurant.

We arrived around two hours early. We understand that the rooms might not be ready but receptionist was rough with us with a NO and we had to go out in the freezing weather until it was time to check in. A bit of kindness and hospitality takes you a long way!

We stayed at this hotel one night as we were passing by on a travel from Frankfurt to Liechtenstein . I was the perfect rest stop. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was tasty and convenient before we checked out and continued our journey!

Everything was excellent!

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom as well. The receptionist was very polite. Quite good breakfast as well. Perfect location to explore the city center.

We couldn't adjust the temperature in the room: it was hot during the night. No fridge in the room.
