The place was very clean and there was more than enough space in the rooms. We also had a little kitchenet that we did not use. The place is at a 15 minute walk from the center of Memmingen and 20 minute away from the train station. At night it can get a little scary to walk but you can always take a taxi.

The staff on our first night was a little rude and looked very hesitant to help. However, on the second day there was a different staff member who was very nice. If you would like to leave your things there after checking out take note of the reception opening hours as thats the only time you would be able to leave them and take them back.

The accommodation is in a nice quiet residential area about 10 minutes walk from the main town centre. The kitchen facilities are very good with plates and cups, fridge, microwave and hob ( the only downside is there is no kettle which would be a great addition.) We stayed in a double room which was a very good size with a large double wardrobe. Shower was nice and warm also. Opposite the main entrance we noticed a butchers which also has a small takeaway service for bratwursts, schnitzels etc. 👍🏻All in all we enjoyed staying at the A2. 😊👍🏻

Only the check in system which was tricky at first as the email correspondence is - as previous reviews mention - in German. But I emailed the reception and they replied with instructions in English and the PIN entry gets sent via email and text message on the day of check-in. So all worked well really, also, there is a coffee machine in the lobby but it was out of service.

It was a great stay, the room had all the listed amenities and it was very true to the pictures. The check-in process and access it all done with codes, you just need to follow the steps they send you. We arrived late, so it was useful to have some flexibility in this. The room had comfortable beds, a nice and clean toilet, and a small kitchen with all the things you would need for a short stay. You can cook or simply heat food, which is great to save some money eating outside. This is located a bit outside the old town, just on the ring road, but it's a fairly short walk from the train station (20 minutes). We had a great stay, it was just what we needed after a flight :)

There was some kind of system fault, as I kept receiving messages and emails to check-in online, but whenever I tried to do it there was an error. I later contacted them via Booking and they explain this, asking it to be made via email, which was quick and easy. It was just the spam of messages and emails everyday that threw me off a bit, but everything was quickly solved.

The rooms might seem relatively small and simple to some, but they are surely comfortable and clean, especially the bathroom. Getting in and out using digital codes / electronic locks went smoothly. A free parking was surely a great bonus. It is a seventeen-minute walk from the hotel to a spacious REWE supermarket, whereas a cozy cafe Brommler with sandwiches and sweets is located just 450 meters away.

As a suggestion only I would recommend adding an electric kettle to the otherwise absolutely satisfactory kitchen equipment for those visitors who are accustomed to drinking tea (or other hot drinks) as well as a small bottle of gel/shampoo in the bathroom since you are provided with a small bar of soap only.

Great location; nice neighbourhood; good value for money; nice, friendly and helpful staff (they've done their best to help us enter our room ahead of the scheduled time); very comfortable beds / mattresses; a lots of electric sockets; 2 small packs of the gum candies are a nice touch.

Pillows are a complete opposite of the mattresses; no shower gel - only two small soaps; no hairdryer; no Wi-Fi for the first 6 (out of 7) days of our stay - I had to buy additional SIM package because of that (yeah, even though we were on vacation, almost all TV channels are the German ones, so we had to compensate it by watching other stuff online).

It was really very clean. Shower, kitchen, room, everywhere - that’s great level of cleanliness. Great job!

Awkward check-in process. Complicated, time consuming. Can you imagine travellers exhausted after the long trip struggling to come up with the way to check in the hotel with their huge backpacks in the midnight? The instructions to check in are not comprehensive, the pins and codes mix up and the counter blocks. I would say it was us to blame being unable to do everything properly, but the guy who stayed there for a long time did not manage to help us with our check-in codes as well. You should expect that you would need online access to the thousands of messages from the property by default. Cause the sms with those access codes reach not all the phone numbers. The basics like kettle and hairdryer were absent.

Very clean and close to the town (10 min walk). Great bakery a few streets away that was open early on Sunday so perfect for breakfast. Comfortable bed. Great shower.

No kettle for making tea or coffee. Also no information regarding restaurants etc. Room was a little stuffy and with windows open very noisy due to the main road. So if noise of road would bother you maybe ask for a room on the other side as it's residential.

The place is very clean, there is also a free parking on site. The rooms were big and had everything necessary at least for our stay. The beds were really comfy. Automated checkin process without a reception.

The room was on the ground flood and was not very warm. Because of the ground floor we needed to keep our shades always closed. Also the place can make use of some decoration to make it a bit more cosy. The checkin process is fully automated which we liked but for older people it might be a bit challenging and the person you can call for help isn't available 24/7.

Very clean, basic furniture but comfortable. Just a note triple bed room is in half basement, so people walk by window, however city is safe although bit uncomfortable felling

No reception, opened few hours a day. Unable to store luggage - no sign or warning you can store in reception when opened. Had to drag suitcase to train station since they replied to booking message after 11 and you have to check out at 11...

The room was very clean and spacious with a kitchen facility. The bathroom was very clean and spacious too.

No staff in reception. It seems closed all the time morning and late afternoon while staying there. Their website wasn't working and I was skeptical about sending my passport via personal email instead of in person. However, it seemed legit from the reviews.
