Easy to find close to autobahn exit. Nice disabled parking bay outside hotel entrance. Very friendly receptionist, quick to checkin and good lift to 2nd floor. Pleasant well equipped room, comfortable with two chairs and desk etc. Perfectly satisfactory bathroom with walk-in shower. All in all nicely designed and appeared to be quiet with decent sound proofing. It is modern hotel, something we seek out, as rustic old world charm may have it's place but when on a stopover night, modern is the way and everything should just work. This did the job very well. Breakfast was nice in a lovely breakfast room, plenty of choice including speck (bacon) eggs and German sausage. Staff attentive and friendly. Now this is the way to offer internet: Free wifi, no signing in or even a password, just connect and go. Why can't all hotels do it that way?

The bad bit was the lack of in hotel evening dining. I understand why but it is a shame. We were informed of nearby restaurants or go into Memmingen town. The breakfast room very nicely designed and decorated would look equally good in the evening. As it was after an 11.5 hr drive from Italy, the thought of driving again was too much, so out came the trusty kettel and a sandwich in the room, collapsed with a bit of laptop TV. Didn't bother trying the room TV.

Excellent staff: responsive, welcoming, willing to help, e.g. in our case with a late (after 9pm) check-in. Breakfast: while not excessive in terms of amount, it is very clean and healtny, well cooked, and nicely served. Good WiFi. Police cars use the same parking as the hotel, which may increase safety. A small bottle of good mineral water in the room. The hotel is on the outskirts of a charming small Allgäu city of Memmingen providing quick access to/from the Autobahn. Perfect for a one-night stop while travelling with a car.

Outstanding, especially as they have no bar they are offering a fridge with drinks , you take, make a note and pay next day. Considering my 10pm arrival after 10 hours travel was much apprechiated. Really needed that chillout before resting!

The breakfast was ok, but the room was very nice. The staff was very friendly and there were enough parking spaces. The hotel is in a very quiet location.

The location is a bit far away from the city center. No problem if you have a car.

Great room, some much space, beautiful shower. Outdoor garden. Beautiful, peaceful architecture. Great sunrise 🌅 view from the room. Good breakfast. Friendly personal. I went to Memmingen for a course. It was absolutely great. One of the beat 3 stars rooms I have been in Germany

Nothing to complain about

Very friendly staff and great location close to the A7. Good breakfast with attentive staff. Parking close to the entrance. EV charger close by but did not need it so no experience there.

No airconditioning. My bedroom window faced directly onto adjacent building, a fitness studio with open windows.

We chose a hotel on our way to Vaduz as a sleepover point. We were greatly impressed that a place on the road is created and maintained with care and soul. Clean and tidy. Decent breakfast. It’s clear, that this place is created by people who care. Tons of nice small touches, absolutely homey place. Thanks a lot!

Breakfast had everything one needs. It’s a simple hotel with a great staff that do the most with what they have. Everything is very clean and the prices are very good

There is no air conditioning and the fan was not very powerful
