We were on a touring holiday so had a lot of hotels in succession and this really highlighted differences between hotels. The room was large, clean, well equipped and very well presented. The room overlooked part of the old town but the room was quiet and we slept well. Everything felt a 'notch above' most of the rooms we used on this trip, though it was not the most expensive. Parking was in a nearby underground car park. We were ok with this, though some people might find carrying luggage from the car park a problem. But we really liked the hotel. We would definitely use this hotel again, without a shadow of a doubt!!

On site car park would have been nice, but they just don't have the space for it. The nearby underground car park was fine, though.

A pleasant room in a good hotel. Even though we were only on the first floor the lift was useful Good breakfast not included in price but available at a far more reasonable cost than most comparable hotels. Good location just off the central square of the attractive small town and 10 minutes walk to the rail station. Rooms and corridors had clear details of extra noise (bands and processions) during an approaching festival.

Great location and in such a beautiful town. The Taki Taki restaurant next door is a must. Great food and beer. Family room was huge and breakfast was excellent. 2 minute walk to the town square and 15 minutes to the train and bus station.

Having to leave. Our holiday ended here after 2 weeks in Switzerland and Germany watching the Ladies Euros 🇬🇧 airport is only 15 minutes away too by bus from the station.

Hotel is very central and has the advantage of a carpark within 1min walk. Restaurants and shops are also within 3 min walk. Variety of food for breakfast ranging from continental to english breakfast including coffees (capuccino/espresso), variety of teas and variety of juices. All of which were very good and fresh. Room was very spacious and comfortable. There is central heating. Beds had fresh white bedsheets and pillow cases. Check in and out was fast. Hotel can hold your luggage before and after checking in/out. Staff knows the english language very well and had no difficulty in communicating. There is a sauna in the basement which is open 24hrs.

There was no safe box in the room. Bathroom is a bit outdated, however saw a notice saying that upgrades are currently underway. No English channels on the TV, which was a bit awkward considering that there were other non German nationals in the hotel. No Air-condition.

Location was excelent, in the center and close to the main train station. The reception works all night long so a very early checkout was possible. The ladies at the reception were extremely nice and forthcoming. The nice and clean sauna was a bonus treat.

The beds were not comfortable at all., to me It appears the bed was covered with some kind of protective sheet which caused overheating and condenzation. The breakfast on Saturday was very good and worth money. On Sunday at 9am- totally different story: less varieties of bread, less cheese, less salami. I had to ask for eggs too (got them) , but in an basket there were two squished croissants and when I asked for more (or better ones) I got nothing.

Great hotel near the airport and just on the edge of pretty memmingen. Staff are super friendly and we were able to get the room early which was great as I had pulled my back in the airport and felt quite poorly. We always use this hotel when in memmingen and when returning to the airport. Great price for a super service. Thank you 😊

The hotel has a good location. It is close to the main sights to visit. The room is large, with twin beds. Unfortunately, I found only smoker rooms available, and I am a non-smoker. So the strong smell was uncomfortable even with the window open all the time. However, for a smoker it is an ideal place. There is a TV, yet all the channels are in German. I managed to find one in French, though. There isn't a fridge or AC, and it was hot even at night. The comfort box in the toilet contains a very harsh nail file, which is not usable; cotton swabs and cotton pads. There isn't any shampoo. The bed is rather tough, yet I loved the duvet, so comfortably pluffy and warm. There is a sauna, which is great. On the third day only did I get a robe and slippers for it, though. There is the possibility to choose not to have your room cleaned, and get a present for it. I was not informed about it, and I found out about it just before checking out. Even though I made the bed myself and took out the waste daily. So you can choose to go green. The wifi tends to be slow at times, yet usable.

Lovely room. Comfy bed, great shower and water pressure, very clean. Front desk staff were professional and helpful. Lift was helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Parking easy and close. Lovely neighborhood. Lovely dinner at pub within a couple blocks.

Fan would have been an excellent addition for cooling and sleeping.

Breakfast was really good with plenty of choices. Good coffee, fresh products, fruit and juice. Location is great, near central square and walking distance from the station. My room and the bathroom were big enough, well organised and clean. Staff was friendly and professional.

This is my second time staying in this hotel and it grown on me. Hotel is located just a street from the main city square, and it's on the walking distance from the train station. Receptionist was very old school professional which I liked. Room is quite simple and relatively old fashioned, but very clean and comfortable. I will definitely keep coming back every time I'm in Memmingen.
