Great location, facilities are clean, elevator to reach upper levels

“Double room deluxe” but with shredded old towels and holes in old bed sheets, pillows and blankets… headrest of the bed is shredded too The “wooden” sink furniture is cheap compressed woodchips with uneven top due to all the water cracks and pieces chipped off and cracked There are dark curtains in the room that block out light ok but not in the bathroom and since the bathroom has a glass door and the hotel faces a main place with bright streetlights the room will not be dark enough to sleep will at all

Very comfortable room. Food in restaurant was excellent. Very well located, not too far to walk from the railway station. The staff made it very clear to me that the kitchen stopped serving food at 21:00 local time, thought worth mentioning as relatively early compared to many places. Was grateful for the clarity as otherwise I would have probanbly been happy to eat later than that. The food was excellent by the way. I also liked the fact the fact that the person who welcomed me to the hotel was very open about the fact that if I wanted their breakfast the following morning it would cost 19 Euros. Or I could go to a local café for a much cheaper price. I took the second option.......

Great location by the pedestrianised old town Room was very warm in January and had everything you could need including fridge,water, tea and coffee facilities, toiletries, TV, wifi etc. Bed was comfy with a dreamy quilt. The room was very clean with the best daily housekeeping ever. Everything was cleaned/ replaced once used. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Ricardo in reception was especially very informative and replied promptly with my questions via email. The food in the restaurant downstairs was also very good and had the best tasting beer in town!

Pillows were lumpy.

Hotel was lovely, very clean . Staff were very friendly and thankfully most spoke good English 😀 Location was good for us as we went for the Xmas markets, of which was a very nice traditional German experience. Locals were very friendly despite the language barrier. It is a very pretty town. Lovely architecture, everywhere seemed very clean too and had one or two gorgeous Bavarian sausages 😋

Only the pillows , as they were awful. Had terrible nights sleep . Did end up asking for others which were abit better but still not great. I think they could do with replacing as they seemed very old?

Had low expectations for this hotel and memmingen in general. I was ohhh sooo wrong. Memmingen is a delight. The location of this hotel is charming right next to a picturesque stream. The concierge was sweet. The room impeccable clean and it seemed like it was brand new. Everything so shiny. But then....then there was the cherry on the cake. Ladies and gentlemen. The breakfast and Beata/Beatrice if i remember the name. The plated breakfast was a feast. The scrambled eggs the best i ever tasted anywhere. And i have travelled alot. I had to ask the beautiful lady for the recipe. Will i stay again at this hotel in the future? Haha .Even if im passing by my car i would invent any excuse to sleep there again.

Well the internet didnt work too well in the room and pillows as is often the case were too flimsy. Otherwise....simply wonderful.

The moment we arrived we already felt at home! The hotel is in a central square near all the restaurants and bars. But what fascinated us was the creek with ducks and fish. My twins spent hours feeding them. :)))) We used two double rooms overlooking the square. They were clean and simple. In the morning breakfast was on a charming block table just for our family, served by a very nice lady. The two young guys in the restaurant are also extremely nice and kind. The restaurant one of the best we ate the most delicious schnitzel! We love beer and in Bavaria we drank the tastiest. In short, we had a great time. We had a late flight and transfer to the airport and so on the day of our departure they even let us vacate the room at 12.30! Thanks! There is no intrusive staff presence and everyone minds their own business.

Рerhaps only check-in until 7pm can be considered. Check-in after 7PM is through the restaurant if it is open. I was a bit worried about this fact but we arrived on time and the restaurant guy was extremely helpful!

The location is super convenient because it is near to the Memmingen Bahnhof! Yet, the breakfast costs 15 Euros per time, so i didn’t buy it. The time of my stay in Memmingen came across the fishing festival of Memmingen, and it was very nice! BTW, this very message about the festival was given by the hotel keeper! They were very friendly!! Besides, they treated me some chocolate candies!!🥰🥰

Very centrally located and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and well appointed.

In hot weather rooms on the west side of the hotel should be avoided. We were in 205 and to try and keep cool we had the windows open. The noise from the Hotel´s cellar cooling system kept us awake. We were staying two nights and the helpful staff moved us on request.

Most central location in Memmingen. Literally in the top spot, in Town. Cozy wieu to central square. Good Mexican food Restaurant next to Hotel. Walking distance to everything in City center. Paid public Parking not expensive just outside of hotel. Powerfull radiators in room, so plenty of heat if needed. Nice coffee and the facility in room.

Limited stuff and no slippers, no shoe-horn, etc. in room.

A lovely family hotel in the centre of the city. We were amazed with the service and kindness of our hosts. Lovely and hospitable people! The room was amazing and spacious, and I would also recommend their restaurant. We had both our dinner and breakfast there - the food is sooo tasty! If I ever return to Memmingen, I know where I'll book my accommodation 🙂 I would definitely recommend this property!
