The hotel was very clean, quiet and cozy. The furniture was in great condition and the staff at the reception was very friendly. The location is perfect for the city and the hotel's restaurant a little down the street was an amazing experience. We took a walk from the airport to the hotel which took us an hour and we were allowed to check in earlier which made our arrival day perfect.

The room's price should include breakfast - I don't see any reason to pay 100 EUR/night and then have to pay an additional 20 EUR/day to have breakfast when this price normally includes at least breakfast in other hotels as the bare minimum. The other surprising thing was that when we returned to our room at the end of the day, we noticed our belongings had been touched and displaced from how we left the room - nothing was missing, but it wasn't a pleasant experience to have to search for my stuff in my own bags because I don't know where they are, yet the towel on the floor of the bathroom wasn't replaced with a clean one. Also, this happened on the day when we left the "Do not disturb" note on the door and the cleaning staff had entered our room anyway.

A very short drive from the Memmingen airport. Right next to the hotel there is a public parking place, which is free of charge from 7 pm till 9 am. As we arrived after 11 pm when the reception was closed, our keys were put inside a safe box located next to the entrance. The code has been provided by the stuff in advance. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable. The location is central.

I truly enjoyed everything about my stay. Memmingen is a small, charming Bavarian town, and the hotel is ideally located in the old city, just a few blocks from the town hall, surrounded by quaint restaurants and shops. It’s also conveniently close to the main train station and the bus stops to the airport. The hotel itself appears to be either newly renovated or entirely new. In terms of cleanliness, it surpassed all the hotels I stayed in during my trip. They’ve fully embraced an eco-friendly concept and executed it with impressive attention to detail, which is truly admirable. The mattresses and pillows were perfect for my preferences—though that’s, of course, subjective. The service at the front desk was the cherry on top. The gentleman who welcomed us was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and attentive, answering all our questions—something that’s often lacking in other hotels I’ve stayed at.

If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to add a mini fridge or minibar in the room. It would make the experience even more convenient and complete.

The location is excellent for visiting the town and the airport is barely 10 minutes away. The rooms were lovely, decent size (we had two triples) and very comfortable beds! The rooms were a little chilly on arrival, but the added a/c heating units quickly heated them up to perfect temperature. The hotel receptionist was very welcoming and helpful on check-in. The hotel also arranged our early morning taxi to the airport in advance of our arrival which worked very well. For 6 of us in a people carrier, we paid 28€ for the ride. The town itself is beautiful with its canal running through and a lovely range of shops, restaurants and cafe's.

The breakfast buffet selection was good but could be improved with a toaster and maybe some hot food (e.g. eggs, sausages etc.). Also, given that we had two vegan travellers in our family, it would be good to have Soya milk as an option as ell as the Oat milk.

I arrived in the morning and I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel until check-in. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the train station and Marktplatz. I stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect, I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The room was cosy and comfortable with a large, modern bathroom. Staff were friendly and happy to converse in English, which I was very grateful for. It’s worth visiting Memmingen - the town itself is lovely and there are plenty of day trips you can do by train.

We traveled with the family to the Tübingen area for medical treatment and had a stop in Memmingen to rest after the flight. The hotel was very comfortable and clean, located just an 8-minute walk from Memmingen's main train station (Hbf) and a few dozen meters from the city center. Directly across from the hotel was a Norma grocery store (work from 9 am to 8 pm ) where we could buy supplies, and next to the hotel was a Subway (works 9:30 am to 10:00 pm), perfect for a quick snack after the flight. There were three of us, and we had an isolated, comfortable extra room for the third person. We had a person with disabilities in our group, and the adapted lift was very convenient, allowing us to easily reach the second floor and freely explore the city whenever we wanted. The staff was very polite and always smiling. After check-out, they kindly stored our luggage so we could explore the city without carrying it. We would gladly stay in the same hotel again on our next visit to the city

Excellent location, 5 min fast walking from the main train station where the airport shuttle stops as well. Few minutes walk to downtown. Supermarket also a few steps away. Clean and comfortable, spacey rooms. Excellent beds, even for people with back problems. Pillows a bit soft, but ok. Very good heating, which proved necessary during our stay even though it was May. No noise from the street. Very kind, communicative and accommodating English speaking staff. Easy check in/out. We asked for an early check-in due to an early incoming flight and our rooms were ready for us upon arrival. Breakfast on offer was satisfactory, although a bit monotonous if you're staying longer. It could also include more warm/hot options (mostly cold cuts and spreads, the only warm option are boiled eggs).

The only objection is the noise coming from the electrical box in the wall once the room card is in the holder. It is quite loud at times, especially at night. We have not complained about it to the staff though.

The hotel is centrally situated and close to all amenities. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the ensuite had a spacious shower cubicle. Good breakfast and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The lift to the floors can only be accessed from the outside, otherwise one has to deal with the internal stairs. No safety deposit box in our room and not even one drawer is included in the furniture, and the quilt was too thick.

The hotel located in the very centre of Memmingen. There was a street market behind it, train station was only 2 min by walk, Christmas market 5 min by walk. Airport is only 10 min max by car. The hotel is small but so pretty, our room was very comfortable, heating well, WIFI is working very good. Staff was kind, friendly and helpful

There is no kettle, fridge and safe. Unfortunately, was problem with towels (not replaced by clean one). The breakfast was very poor and not worth €10 plus you have to say an evening before if you want to have it. Other hotels we were just going down to the hotel restaurant, paid and had breakfast. TV has no English stations.

I wasn't planning an overnight stay in Memmingen, but I didn't have a choice, as the train drivers were striking. I found JoeSepp's Hotel near the train station on my search. I was blown away by how clean, neat, comfortable the room was. It catered for all my needs. From the very warm welcome from Susan, who gave me some great suggestions for places to see in Memmingen, to the clean, great smelling, warm room temperature and comfortable bed, I slept on. I can highly recommend JoeSepps's Hotel. Thank you to the team who worked hard to make my stay over memorable.
