Location, near to the autobahn. Close to Austrian border and has a good supermarket round the corner with a good selection of beers, wines & spirits etc.

Sadly the adjoining restaurant is now a separate establishment and has lost the old traditional decor. The lack of a traditional steak meal is also a personal loss! Lack of on-site parking is inevitable with the location, though parking in the supermarket car park is the usual remedy, and I have not had a problem in over 15 years of coming here.

We were staying here as a stopover on the way to skiing in Austria. It was easy to find, all of the staff (hotel and restaurant) were really lovely, rooms spacious and really comfortable after a long journey. Very clean, lots of hot water. Parking is in an outside carpark around the hotel location and is very easy to find a space. Restaurant food was gorgeous and beautifully prepared with different, surprising combinations and presentation- we loved it.

The room was great for this kind of a hotel and for its price. Plenty of space and big bathroom. Amenities were simple, no fancy stuff. We only stayed for one night, arriving late in the evening. The breakfast was good but typical. Silence, plenty of space in the 3-bed room. Summarizing, the hotel was perfect for our purposes.

It was a handy stopover on our trip from the Netherlands to Italy as it’s located quite close to the highway. The hotel is quite dated but is comfortable enough for one night stay.

The evening service was rude, handing out the plates with food so roughly that the food almost slipped off. Also, the breakfast room wasn’t fully prepared in the morning, too few tables were made and there was a queue to get to the food and drink. Coffee was too watery.

Restaurant has been taken over recently, and is not run by the hotel. No English menu available yet. Menu limited (no steak available, for example), but quality is very good.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room as well as the facilities were very clean. Parking was along side building with plenty of space available. Excellent location. We had dinner at their restaurant and everything was excellent! The staff found out that my wife and I were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and the next morning when we entered the breakfast room they had a table reserved for us. They had a fresh bouquet of flowers on our table with a heart box of chocolates.

Despite the busy location the room was perfectly quiet. Perfectly clean and well decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast was excellent and good value.

The car park. Arriving in the dark it was difficult to work out the access and parking as the markings were practically worn away. No tea or coffee facilities in the room which I would have expected for the price. .

Comfy beds, big clean and quiet room, very kind and flexible personnel.

Not many sweet options (cakes, croissants etc.) at the breakfast.

Location is great for autobahn access. Restaurant is highly recommended. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I've used this hotel for the last 15 years, that says it all..... Also the neighbouring mini-market has recently been refurbished and expanded.

Personal preference for sheets & blankets rather than duvets, but that applies to most hotels these days. Tea/coffee making facilities would be a nice addition, but may not be practical with the current virus situation. Restaurant not open everyday, so check before visit as it is quite a hike into town to find a decent alternative.
