Single rooms were very comfortable in space, they care about details, good quality equipment, breakfast with good variety however not many vegan options, staff from hotel were friendly and all easy to handle, but staff from restaurant sometimes not so friendly (but was one specific person- all others were very nice), location amazing - very easy to reach downtown.

- the sauna and gym are very small, that is the sad part. - they could replace the tea bags in the room but did not - it was available only 2 and after was over it was not replaced - the restaurant, although is a separate owner, is a greek one, one day we ate there and we had the sensation they wanted to "save" the expensive ingredients and give a lot of the ones that are "cheap". The dessert was a catastrophe and clearly on bad intention: they put in the menu "New York Cheese Cake Style" and it came 3 chunks of sahne (cream) with some biscuit crumbs in the plate - really a joke.

Loved the location and the size of the room and the fact they allowed our dog. It was also good to be able to park at the hotel.

The pillows were a complete waste of time, very flat. Didn’t like the fact the staff just came into the room without knocking, presuming we weren’t in there, but we were and I was in bed as I wasn’t very well. This happened on two occasions. It seemed completely odd as we’d told them we didn’t need clean towels and had already been given a coffee to up.

Late at night or a holiday no bus network to front of hotel but walk across the bridge and there are many . besides shoppers street also just 5 minutes walk away. If you are coming for wellness you would be disappointed with the bare basic assembled off the shelf saunas . No Pool.

Staff were incredibly friendly and despite the language barrier, they did everything possible to make my stay better. Breakfast was relaxed and fresh. Suite was spacious and comfortable.

The ambient is great, view of the river also. Very interesting traditional building, parking in the courtyard. Breakfast was amazing, one of the best we ever had in a hotel. Rituals cosmetics in the bathroom.

We were a bit disappointed to have Greek restaurant in this traditional hotel. The restaurant is popular in the evenings, causing staff to be frustrated towards guests.

Great breakfast. The room is very clean and the staff is nice and friendly. This was a quick stop over for us with easy parking. The summer bar across the road has a nice view and the staff was very nice and friendly too.

We ate at Greek restaurant next door, very rude staff they don't like tourists.

The room we had was lovely and great that we had secure parking. The breakfast was extremely good.

The bar staff in the restaurant in the evening were not as friendly as the rest of the staff. They were off hand and not very accommodating but we may have just been unlucky that they were having a bad night.

the building has a beautiful historic architecture and is located next to woods but inside is modern and delightful. the staff are very friendly dressed in beautiful German customers. in addition there is a large parking area in the hotel yard. The price-quality was perfect thanks to booking.com.

There is a Greek restaurant in the hotel building. But we prefer German food. There is no alternative nearby for those who don’t like Greek cuisine.

Large room for 4 people: 2 double beds and a sofa and a big table and chairs. Very comfortable beds. Nice shower gel. Small but wonderful sauna. Excellent breakfast even with a juicer to make fresh juice. Friendly helpful staff.

The location of the hotel is perfect, not so far from tourist attractions. We traveling with our three dogs, the room is big enough fro all of us, it is dog friendly hotel and they charge 10 euros extra for each dog. The breakfast on weekend was perfect but on weekday some menu is not available.

The fridge in our room does not work and it was long weekend so no one come to fix it, it suppose to be changing new room for us but they are not but it was not big deal.
