The hotel is conveniently located, and the front desk staff are always nice and friendly. The view from our room is great, and the room is REALLY REALLY BIG (almost too empty) Good internet and has a water kettle for hot tea.

overall its quite clean and comfortable, but some minor details are neglected: 1. Room for two but only offered one towel every day - We had to go down to the reception and ask for the 2nd towel daily (we are also okay to reuse towels, but it was changed freshly daily. 2. The cups for hot tea are tiny - the size only holds a double espresso. Again, we had to ask for a proper teacup downstairs at the reception

The breakfast was good. The room was very spacious, with a huge balcony, a separate storage room, and a small workspace in the hallway. The location is perfect for exploring the town and enjoying the view. Underground parking is available for an additional fee.

The parking space was a bit too narrow, and it took some time to find a suitable spot. Also, it wasn’t very clear how to access the garage. You’re supposed to check in first and then use your room key to open the gate, but I couldn’t figure out where exactly to scan the key. Fortunately, the car in front of me opened the door, so I just followed it in.

The room was quite large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the restaurant has a very nice view

The reception is a bit shabby and we had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to show up when we arrived. It also closes relatively early, considering is a hotel. The parking is not accessible for autos higher than 1.9 meters. We had a minivan and we had to park outside

Every thing is good. Staff, location, room size, room cleanliness, view from room & what not. Everything is good. There is a roof top Japanese restaurant, which was a big surprise to have full fledged Japanese restaurant in a small town like Kempten. Hotel is located in middle of town. a unique balcony, which is part of room as well as it is a separated from room. Staff is ever smiling, very swift & ever caring.

Underground Parking is the most horrible parking I have ever come across in my travel of 20 years in Europe. One cant park the car without damaging it. I was unfortunate to get a heavy scratch & dent on my rear fender. It seems that, it was an underground bunker in second world war & now converted to car parking. My advise, don't dare to park your car in the garrage.

Real high rise fabulous views from the restaurant on the 13th floor. Nice room quite large clean and comfy. Proper hotel parking for an inner city hotel, underground, perfect. Vending machine for snacks and a coffee machine. Nice.

Finding the front door was a bit of a challenge, up the side street with the ramp, otherwise Looking down - eek!

Nice breakfast in the top floor. Larger room with nice balcony area. Lights in the room were very well placed. Available parking spaces in garage.

I think it was all good. Maybe the insulation of the room from the hallway was not the best. I heard all late coming guest on our floor.

They offer a self check in and for us it was perfect because we arrived late at night. They have a garage and in the bedroom there's also a huge closed balcony, perfect for guests with animals. The furniture is a little bit old-style, but not a problem for us.🙂

The room was large , the water in the toilet was very nice , the staff was so nice and helpful, i went there late at 23:55 and they brought me the key , very very kind people and helpful , i definitely recommend this hotel .

No thing every thing was nice

The room was enormous. Comfortable bed. Great balcony. A kettle in the room. A pair of very nice armchairs and a coffee table. Excellent pizza restaurant in the same building. Great gym for those who are interested.

Finding a garage was a little cumbersome. The shower wanted some attention.

Very kind and professional staff. Nice to have a very good breakfast on the 13th floor. Restaurant could be improved. Very well positioned, with a garage at the property. Pet friendly. The large modern rooms with very nice view. Kempten is a nice place.
