The owner and staff were absolutely amazing - warm hearted, welcoming and accommodating. We loved the attention to detail in every corner of the hotel and the spa area is just stunning and was unexpectedly large and modern. Everything is meticulously clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the excellent food both at dinner and breakfast and outstanding service. This was not our last time at this hidden Allgäu gem - what a great experience and role model for hospitality!

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like.

Hotel was excellent, would describe it as a boutique hotel. Standards and quality were exceptionally high. Breakfast was outstanding, staff were cheerful and helpful. Loved the honesty bar on the Sunday evening as the main bar and restaurant were closed.

The check in code for the rooms on the Sunday, (as reception was unmanned) were a little confusing as we didn't realise you could only use it once and thereafter had to use the key card that was in the room, which meant my son got locked out of his room. However the owner was round in minutes when we called and sorted it out.

A cozy atmospheric hotel in the center of the village. Magnificent nature on the way to it. Fields, cows, farmers. Hearty and delicious breakfast. The room exceeded all expectations. The service is more like family care than hotel service. If you are looking for a place to spend the night in this region, it is worth turning off the highway.

If the Hotel claims that it offers e-charging for cars than I assume that the charger is on the premisses of the hotel. That is not the case, it is very close by in a parking garage. Just a commercial charger in a municipal parking garage (with all the issues connected to charging in parking garage). I knew this because I informed beforehand. It would be nice that the hotel communicates that there are two chargers in the village.

The rooms are good, beds comfy and breakfast is excellent. We stay in this hotel on our way from Holland to Italy. You can also eat in the restaurant. This is closed on Sunday but within 100m there are two other places to eat, both really good. We will stay again.

Our room was fantastic and had a private patio area. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The owners and staff were fantastic. The restaurant and food were amazing,! Some of the best authentic German food we've ever had! Thank you for a great stay!!

Excellent Stay, would do again. Nice Room, Terrence, Spa. Great Sleep. Dinner at the hotel is recommended. Breakfast 10/10. would return.

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The suite was large and decorated tastefully. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious

We loved everything about our stay!

We stayed overnight on the way to Italy. Staff friendly, rooms good, evening meal in the restaraunt was good and breakfast is also very good. This place is now top of our list for stays while driving up and down to Italy.

Very kind staff and the room was amazing! Very comfortable bed and the small terrace was great to sit outside in the sun
